Conto bloccato e richiesta pagamento extra
Dopo essere stato contattato da una ragazza di nome AN XIN, che mi ha invogliato a diventare un rivenditore su Worldwide Brands, mi sono registrato ed ho versato sul mio conto interno alla piattaforma una somma per poter operare, ad oggi avevo un saldo di 3.980$ sul mio conto interno.
Dopo un ritardo di due giorni nell’evasione di un ordine, la piattaforma ha congelato il mio conto e l’ordine.
Mi è stato comunicato che per procedere avrei dovuto versare ulteriore denaro, e solo dopo questo versamento avrei potuto aprire un reclamo per richiedere lo sblocco del conto.
Personalmente non intendo versare altri soldi su un conto bloccato e non ho ricevuto rassicurazioni sul recupero dei 3.980$ già presenti.
Questa procedura ha creato difficoltà operative e la mia esperienza complessiva è stata negativa. Lascio a voi interpretare il mio messaggio e vi consiglio di pensarci bene prima di registrarvi.

This review is not about WorldwideBrands.com. We do not have accounts that you "deposit money into." We simply provide a Directory of Certified Wholesalers and Dropshippers that work with online retailers. Our members search the Directory and then contact the wholesalers and dropshippers directly, establishing a dealer account in order to purchase products at wholesale from them directly. We do not get in between that process at all.
Extremely Disappointed — Misleading Claims and No Customer Support
I strongly advise anyone considering Worldwide Brands to think twice. My experience has been extremely disappointing. The company advertises reliable supplier support and assistance for online sellers, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out with legitimate questions about their listed suppliers, I received no response at all. Their so-called customer support is nonexistent — the member support email they provide doesn’t even work.
Most of the suppliers in their directory are not authorized distributors for the brands they claim to carry. Several even offer products that appear counterfeit or from unverified sources. The few legitimate contacts I found refused to provide authorization letters or proper invoices for Amazon selling, even though Worldwide Brands markets itself as being suitable for Amazon sellers.
Overall, this service felt misleading, outdated, and unhelpful. I regret spending my money here.
If you’re planning to use it for Amazon or eCommerce, don’t waste your time or money — the information they provide is neither reliable nor supported by any real customer service.
Edit after the response from Worldwide Brands on 28th Jan 2026:
Your response contains multiple factual inaccuracies.
I never contacted Worldwide Brands regarding dropshipping or dropshipping fees. I am a wholesale buyer. My concern was clearly stated: in order to purchase from the supplier, I was required to pay an additional membership fee, without which ordering was not possible. Please do not misrepresent my inquiry.
I did not receive any response addressing my actual questions. The membership-related support email listed on your own platform failed to deliver, and multiple messages sent through your primary contact channel received no response. I am willing to provide screenshots if required.
Regarding supplier legitimacy: while suppliers may be real wholesale companies, that does not make them authorized distributors. I personally contacted over 50 brands, and none confirmed that the suppliers listed in your directory were authorized distributors for their products. None were able to provide certificates of authenticity or acceptable authorization for Amazon selling.
Additionally, the majority of suppliers listed in the directory did not respond to inquiries at all, even after follow-ups, which severely limits the usefulness of the service.
Finally, it took nearly three months for Worldwide Brands to respond to this review. This public reply is the only communication I have received from any department, which reinforces the lack of support described in my original review.
This response reflects documented, first-hand experience, and I stand by my review.

We did receive your message regarding the supplier you were concerned about, and we replied the same day. The $250 you mentioned was not a dropshipping fee, the supplier does not offer dropshipping at all. It was simply their minimum order requirement for light bulk purchasing, which is standard in wholesale. We did not receive any follow‑up from you after our response, so we were not aware that you still had questions.
Regarding supplier legitimacy:
Worldwide Brands has verified and certified wholesale suppliers since 1999. We do not list counterfeit sellers or unverified sources.
Every supplier in our Directory is researched and confirmed to be a real wholesale company. However, each supplier sets its own policies for Amazon authorization, brand letters, and invoice requirements, and those policies can vary depending on the brands they carry.
Our support team is active and available, and we are always happy to help clarify supplier types, requirements, and best practices for Amazon or other eCommerce platforms. I can’t say enough good things

Paying $200 is not worth getting Supplier info from Worldwide Brands.You can get it Freely on google.
I have taken the membership today, hoping i would find suppliers and dropshippers. I hardly found 2 Suppliers for the product projector. Its not worth paying $200 for this information. Pls don't waste your time and money.
