Ordered a specific bottle of wine as a Godparent gift on the 14th of May. Received an email informing me that the order could not be filled over 2 weeks later on the 1 Jun, 7 days later than the advertised delivery date at time of purchase.

Before notifying me of unavailability, I received over 20 spam emails advertising stock and specials. When I was notified of stock unavailability, there was no attempt to rectify the situation, discount for time wasted or advise of alternative options.

I will not engage with the company again and I am posting this review so future customers do not have their time wasted by products that are advertised as available at the time of purchase.

Look, order and money is taken. However, no updates on placement nor delivery of order. I tried to contact them via email and phone but no response. At this point I just feel like I got scammed 500 bucks. It takes 30 days to file complaint and investigation of case from Shopify. So I have to wait another 2 weeks. Poor service and operation but hate to admit good lineups of wines.

Ordered a couple of cases of wine only to receive an email that freight was going to be an additional $80.

Given the option to refund or pay the extra.

Not my fault they made a mistake when calculating freight. If it was less I am sure they would have not refunded me the difference.
