never shipped order

never shipped order, i have sent 15+ emails to them requesting a refund and they ignore all of them by saying g they are “busy switching systems” and cannot refund, whatever that means, never purchase from them

Never received order do not buy!

Ordered my shoes in December, to this day March, they still haven’t replied same response every time an email is sent, just with slightly different wording

Dont take the risk. Website is Phony

Im kinda sad because i was so excited for this order but i guess i will not be getting my shoes. I usually dont take chances on new websites but i tried. No shoes, no refund, terrible customer service. Beware of this company its a fraud.

Scam alert

I am almost certain this website is a SCAM.
Waited 6 months for some tabi sneakers and never received them. I reached out on multiple occasions to get the status on my order but I got nothing but excuses and false promises..
Ended up disputing the order with my bank but was surprised that they gave me my money back being as though it had been soo long since the purchase was originally made.

On December 10, 2025 I ordered the Tamagotchi Messenger book bag for my daughter. I was promised before Christmas and it did not arrive. They immediately took out my $98. I’ve been emailing them back-and-forth ever since that date. They emailed me one time saying that it was on backorder and would be to me by mid January still have not received it. I truly believe this is a scam site. Has anybody ever been able to contact them without it being in the email? I got one email back saying that they apologize about the delay no phone number. No way to get a hold of them. I’m about to get a hold of my bank and see if they can figure something Out.

Negative Stars

If I could be provide a negative star I would. The company has only responded to one of my many emails regarding my order placed on November 4th 2025. It’s now February 2026 and still no shoes. If anyone has any information on how to get reimbursed I’d appreciate it.

Es una estafa - It’s a scam

Es una estafa, no compres en esta tienda. No lo envían, te dicen que el pedido lo ponen en el top de la lista para enviar y no lo hacen. 5 meses esperando.

It's a scam, don't buy from this store. They don't send it, they tell you that they put the order at the top of the list to send and they don't do it. 5 months waiting

TOTAL UTTER SCAM

I placed my order on August 9, 2025, and have yet to receive it. I contacted them several times via the website and got vague answers and reassurances about “shipping soon” from customer service until they just stopped responding altogether. Do not waste your money on them.

SCAM

I feel scammed. They keep stalling and giving vague, evasive answers. It’s been three months and I still haven’t received the product. No clear information, no solution, just wasting time. Avoid this seller, do not buy!

Garbage company

Garbage company. Ordered mystery box, socks. And they contacted me, and asked me if I wanted extra pair for 1/2 off. So I did. Never came, and company will not even respond.

No Orders, No Refund, No Communication

I placed several orders with Worstcase in September 2025. As of January 26, 2026, I still have not received them.

For months, customer support responded with the same generic message, blaming delays in shipments and promising that my orders would be dispatched “soon,” without providing any specific timelines.

However, as soon as I requested to cancel the orders and receive a refund, the company completely stopped responding and began ignoring all of my messages.

What makes this situation even more concerning is that orders I placed on the same website in December 2025 were shipped promptly and have already been delivered. This clearly indicates that the products are in stock, yet my September orders remain unfulfilled with no explanation.

At this point, I have neither received my orders nor a refund, nor any meaningful communication from the store. I find this behavior unacceptable and cannot recommend Worstcase to other customer
