First time customer - great choice, competitive prices and outstanding customer service. Even given 2 freebies with my order, which my daughter was delighted about. Thank you so much!

I am absolutely blown away with the quality of my comics. They came packaged and with a bit of cardboard to keep the straight and they were all super high quality and I can’t wait to get more !

Fantastic product, great service. Love these guys!

I ordered 3 comics for my son. They arrived in pristine condition.
I had contacted the team to confirm when my order would arrive. Excellent customer service and response.
Look forward to buying more from this site.

Great customer service, prompt shipping and books in great condition… would recommend!

First time I have used wowcomix. Wary as I hadn't heard of them, a few mixed reviews but I decided to give them a try.
Placed an order 24th March for 4 x Mega Collection HD books. Paid, received confirmation email and began waiting.
All it kept saying was Awaiting Fulfilment. After two weeks, I decided to message them and find out what was going on. Only contact was via an online contact form and you only got an auto confirmation you had messaged them, no email, ref number or anything. Kept waiting. Three weeks, still Awaiting Fulfilment. Messaged them again, and got the same auto confirmation of submitting the form. Again no reply. I looked for them on Twitter and tweeted to them, tried a Facebook post. Nothing.Three weeks, still nothing.

Thankfully I had paid by PayPal. I rang them, helpful as they could be, looked through all the information I gave them. Yes, by now, I should have had recieved the items. She couldn't believe they hadn't even responded to my messages. Because of what happened she opened a case and advanced it to ask for a refund. They had a week to respond. The following Sunday PayPal closed the case in my favour and issued a refund.

The owner has been in touch since the event. He has sent me in token of aplogy, a goody bag of various comics as a good will gesture. He also went on to offer his most sincere apologies and an explanation to what had transpired. Suffering staff sickness as well as moving the business, everything just went wrong. I am hoping he is now in a better position to offer a top notch service, but in this transaction, he did fail which I think he knows. Understanding what happened, going forward, it has made me confident enough to look to wowcomix again when searching for items.

Thank you, great delivery

Preordered an item and in February the item was released in March and even though money has been taken for the item I am still waiting for it😡

On this occasion I’m going to give It 1 star because I have sent a second email where’s my Sonic Movie 2 comic for the second time and no response. And now there’s been a delayed moving to a new location which Is not good as well. Unfortunately to me I’ve never received my Sonic The Hedgehog 2: Official Movie Pre Quill comic. Other comic stores online where selling It weeks ago. I’ll shall not be coming here ever again. This Is my honest review.

Excellent
Order was delivered within 3 working days of placing my order and all items were in excellent condition as advertised. Would highly recommend

Good value for an OOP Dark Horse SW epic collection and a free single to boot? Yeah I'll take that any day of the week, and I'll be coming back here again

I was initially wary of ordering from wow comix as I'd never heard of them before, but they were the only store I could find that had the comic I was after at a reasonable price.

I needn't have worried, the service was excellent, delivery was fast and there was even an unexpected free gift with my order!

Brilliant site and service
Will use again

A bit of a delay in delivery, a quick email
And a reply on why the delay, the comic arrived with an additional comic for good measure
Well impressed my 10 year old is over the moon.
