Product looked like it will be very nice. Hope it is as nice as the one they have shown. It was a little hard to figure out how to set the dates kept wanting to go back to this year date. And they ask for an apartment number on the address thats kinda dumb when I live at a residence. But other then that hope its as nice as shown if not ill be back and let everyone know

Terrible product. I ordered a custom mommy sweatshirt for my wife to celebrate our newborn. Took awhile to arrive no big deal. Just got it out of the mail 5 minutes ago and I already have it in the trash. I told her I will buy her a better one from a better company. I figured for just short of $80 it would be pretty good quality but the threads are sticking out everywhere. The embroidery looks terrible and the sweatshirt itself is probably the lowest quality I have ever felt.

It would be nice to be able to see a preview of the final product before completing the order.
In retrospect, I discovered an error and now hope that it will be corrected.

I have reached out several times to fix an order that I placed and no one has responded to my email and I was just wondering why that is so that I could get the issue corrected before the printing of the two sweatshirts I purchased. This company is HORRIBLE. I spent a lot of money on a custom canvas for a gift that came two months late to start. To top it off it was packed with very little protection and arrived with two giant holes in it. I reached out the the customer service three times and still no reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order a sweater, 2 weeks now and still no update on delivery, I sent 3 emails but no response, DHL don't have that tracking number.....$77 loss and I'll eat that but ima blow up every post until someone contacts me
