I bought their underwear for years. I stopped for two major reasons:
1) their underwear bands melt/warp when subjected to light amounts of heat. This happened to several of my pairs even on my dryer’s lowest cycle and Woxer was never responsive to me when I attempted to contact them about it. These items are expensive and I would expect the company to make this right, but they refuse to acknowledge the issue.
2) I made a large purchase of underwear earlier this year, after being a customer for several years. They apparently decided to make a new type of boxers that were shorter than the ones I have been buying, but the pictures looked identical and the item’s title did not denote the difference. I realized my mistake after purchasing and before they had shipped. Woxer refused to allow me to modify my order to the correct items despite the price being the same and despite my long history of buying their products. I sent the items back anyway and woxer not only refused the refund, but they never sent the items back. When I tried to dispute through my bank they refused to back down. Now I’m out over $80 for items I don’t even have.

Do not buy from this unethical company.

I love the way Woxers look and fit. The only issue I have—and it's a significant one—is that they don't hold up well over time. The elastic loses its stretch, and the fabric wears out quickly, eventually developing holes.

I liked the Woxers that I got (both with and without pad liners and various lengths. However, two of the five or so pairs that I bought started developing holes almost immediately (one within the first wash by the seams and one after a few months of non-everyday wear). I'm overall disappointed that 2/5 pairs are already getting to the end point of wear because there are almost pinky-nail sized holes forming.

I woke up from a nightmare about my underwear chafing me. I am a charter bus driver that and I do a lot of airport and seaport pick-up and drop-off work. So, a lot of getting in and out of the seat, bending, lifting luggage, crawling on hands and knees to retrieve items. CHAFING. LOTS of chafing.

After waking up, I got online (about 3AM) and started searching. Came across the Woxer website and the heavens opened. Angels sang, harps played, light beams. You get the point. I ordered ten pairs on the spot. When the package arrived, I was pretty amazed at how heavy ten pairs of underwear could be.

Of my first ten, I still have seven. It's been about two years. I've ordered more. I've told other women about the brand and the site. At work the other day, I told two of my co-workers I could walk around in my underwear and they wouldn't know the difference. Then, I proved that by taking my shorts off. (Yeah, I know, but why should men be the only ones to rock around in comfortable underwear? I did put my shorts back on!)

I know not everyone is going to have my same experience. I've read reviews, and can understand the frustration. I've never gotten as much wear from other brands as I have from Woxers. I will be wearing these for ever. They are great for my type of job, they are ridiculously comfortable, and I have not had chafing issues since starting my path with them.

Originally I started purchasing from Woxer to get away from the transphobic company that is TomBoyX - I wanted boxer briefs made of modal that came in a wide variety of colors and sizes. I thought Woxer fit the bill, and decided to give them a try. A few orders later (because initially I was happy with their products), and problems started occurring.

A bra I purchased on March 10, 2026 (it is now May 25th, 2026) is starting to essentially fall apart - the band is waving/waffling horribly. Due to the order being more than 45 days old, I can no longer return it. I have a pair of underwear that developed holes around the stitching of the gusset that I purchased in November of 2025 (and again it's May 25th, 2026), roughly 6 months ago. I have another pair of underwear I purchased on April 7th, 2026 that developed a hole near the band on the side; this is the only item they were willing to replace/refund, and I had to deal with a crappy AI chatbot first, then a less than helpful customer service agent (they acted as if I could return all 3 items, but I could actually only return the pair of underwear I purchased in April, and they said they were making an exception, because the order is more than 45 days old).

I've had Hanes brand underwear, the cheapest ones on the market, last for almost 10 years, yet these premium Woxer underwear and bras I've paid top dollar for won't even last 45 days to a year while following the washing instructions to a T? This brand is a ripoff, and their products are garbage. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give zero I would. 1. Filtered to boy shorts but somehow received briefs. 2. Their stupid chatbot can’t find orders with names, emails, order numbers or addresses.
3. The return process is cumbersome, probably on purpose.

I have more than 50 pairs of woxer star underwear and I love them. I also have if not 50 but close to 50 woxer bras and I gotta say I'm very disappointed with them. Almost every bra I have ordered the band is stretched out. It didn't happen when I was on my woxer addiction buying spree. But I've noticed that the band after a couple months does not hold up. For the amount of money we pay for them they should last longer than a couple months. This is why I have stopped purchasing and it's very disappointing because I finally found a brand that I was completely comfortable with. Somehow please you gotta find a way to make the bands on the bras last. Please

EDIT/UPDATE: Had an exchange with customer service and Woxer was really responsive to the issue. They explained that since my original order that they have changed the vendor for the waistbands, and offered to make it right by sending a replacement order. Can confirm that the waistband is indeed a different, much sturdier material. Will be checking back in a few months time to update my review based on how these boxers age (while of course respecting washing instructions.)

Bought some Woxers...were very excited to try out some undies in the cuts that they offer. A month into wearing them the waistband has stretched out tremendously (nothing to do with my size or the undies' size...), and one pair developed holes along the seems. They were nice to send a replacement but I had to pay for shipping.

Now 10 months later, all of the waistbands have stretched out, there are holes everywhere, even though I'm respecting the washing guidelines and I bought the appropriate size for my body.

Shit quality for the price. Really disappointed.

I’m saddened to write a bad review about Woxer after my years of being a customer and subscriber. The quality of their product has went downhill. I have bought several pairs that upon first use the waistband stretched out tremendously. I tried to give them a grace period to maybe fix this issue but still no. I have an old pair of TomboyX boxers that are still in great shape with no waste band wear or holes that are older than all my pairs of woxers. Bad quality for the price :(

Horrible! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I’ve literally never been gaslit like I have by this company! I ordered $50 briefs and was informed the package was delivered. It was not. I know this because I was home the whole time AND had security footage to double check. I wrote to their alleged customer service email, MULTIPLE times, and they never answered. I wrote on social media, nothing. Finally I tried again six months later to the exact same email address, and someone wrote back saying “oh sorry it’s outside of the returns window.” Excuse me?? Refund me! They wrote back again, saying “you wrote to the noreply email which we don’t check, and also the package was delivered.” I had included the entire thread in my emails, and had very clearly written to their support address, not the noreply address. And they can pretend it was delivered all day long, it simply was not. Reading the multiple reviews here of other people having the exact same experience is validating and makes me seriously wonder if this is a fraudulent company.

While i liked the fabric and general design, the quality isn’t great for a quilt high price. After a month a product already has a snagged thread. Do i want to spend 20-30$ a month for a pair of undies? Not really, no

I’ve had a great experience so far with the product. If you’re looking for underwear that’s comfy, soft, and lasts, Woxer is a great choice!
They offer a huge variety of prints and as well as core colors, which makes them perfect for gifts.The company is always making improvements to ensure a great fit, which really shows they value comfort.
I have gifted these underwear and bras to friends and family as frequently as I purchase them for myself, and the product consistently meets my expectations.

I've purchased from Woxer about 7 times, I am part of their subscription program and VIP group. I really love the fabric, it's soft, and the waistband is great. I had an issue once but customer service sent me a free pari! Love them.

Very comfortable underwear, in a different league to what we've been used to.
