Not fast delivery but goods ok.

3 of 5 different parts were not delivered, althought all of them were marked to be in stock.
I was informed about 2 of them with the choice of suspending the whole order. The third one wasn't delivered without any notice. The answer to my question if this one will be delivered later was just that it is not available.

All the parts I required and ordered, I received. Even the one I was finding impossible to get in the UK.

I found stock and delivery times slightly misleading, all the parts I ordered were marked as "available", however they weren't dispatched for around 3 weeks. During this time there was no communication until I sent an email asking for an update. I was then told they would be shipped the following week.

Overall I'm happy and I would use again, but next time I won't expect too much in terms of delivery times.

Shipping time took much longer than expected. No updating was given during this period, and/or any reason for the delay. In the meantime, I asked to add another item to the order, in order to save shipping costs, and it was not accepted. New order has to be placed.

E-mail confirmation reveived after initial purchase and then nothing... I then tried several times to contact Wox. After finally making contact my parcel was despatched.

A bit slow to ship, but good value parts

Ordered several parts for my Audi that I was having a hard time sourcing in North America. After placing the order, my mechanic informed me he'd provided the wrong part number and needed a different one. I contacted Wox and they were able to swap the part out in the order, so that was good customer service-wise.
Unfortunately, the next day I received an email advising that my entire order had been cancelled as the parts could not be obtained from their supplier. This was quite frustrating as I then had to wait for a refund to appear on my card, which took 3 days, before placing the order from a different merchant. I'm not quite certain why they even have the parts listed on their website, if they are unable to actually source them consistently.

It was easy to request the part and place the order. My questions were answered promptly and kindly. The package arrived on time and in perfect condition. The part is already in place, the fit is perfect. Many thanks to all the collaborators.

I hope you're well. As per your update, my refund was processed on the 24th, but I have yet to receive it in my account. It has now been three days, and I wanted to check on the status of the refund. Could you please confirm if everything went through as expected, or if there’s any delay on your end?

I ordered 3 Harness's September 16th, 2024. Confirmed parts by WOX! Paid by CC. I contacted WOX by email and their online WOX CONTACT! No Reply. I called WOX Customer Support Number to get the "BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT WOX STATES"! No answer! 3 days later I contacted WOX again by PHONE and Email, NO RESPONCE! September 21st again contacted WOX, same NO ANSWER, NO REPLY! I came to WOX PARTS GROUP of past experiences with them of good service. I will wait until SEPTEMBER 30th, if no reply, I will take further steps to refund.

Compre un repuesto Ford con numero de orden 19213 con fecha 12/09/2024 y al dia de hoy no tengo ninguna novedad del despacho o de los problemas que se presentaron para poder dar una solución, les escribí 03 correos y ni una respuesta de verdad que mala atención al cliente, de no tener en stock el producto adquirido sirvance hacer la devolución correspondiente. Very good price, good quality of parts, original parts. Bad communication with customers. Not possible to call to support and nobody answered after many emails. But after two weeks, when they get all parts by order, they contact me and delivered my order very fast. So I get all what I needed. But with little stress. Need to solve problem with communication.
