They are asking 65 euros extra in order to ship!!!!!! They were happy to take my money 20 days ago, and they shipped nothing! Now they send me en email that they need 65 extra euros to ship! They are thieves and scammers! I’ve already contacted my lawyer!

Well, let's start with the fact that the part is not a standard size, when ordering from us it was written that "Please contact us if you order long, wide or heavy items (Shipping costs may vary)".
Your part was sent to you at our expense, you were also sent a tracking code.
In what way are we scammers and in what way are we thieves?
Very bad experience.
I've ordered 2 kits of 2 parts that couple together. The delivery was in delay, when I asked about the status the feedback was that in short time it would have been dispatched.
After few days, I received by mail the info that part of the order was refund and only 2 parts were dispatched. Any info before and only when I asked a clarification I received the info that the other 2 parts were not anymore available.
At the end I've spend 9 euro delivery for 2 parts that cost 4.66 euros. whilst the other 2 parts that cost 26 euro have been refund.
At the end I've payed 16euro for a parts that cost 5 and on top I cannot use since the other 2 will be not delivered.

Ich werde hier keine Bestellungen mehr aufgeben, und ich werde diese Seite auch nicht weiterempfehlen, ich habe eine weitere DPD Lieferung bestellt und zu viel bezahlt, sie weigern sich, das Geld zurückzugeben, der Kurier kann, wie gesagt, mein Zuhause nicht finden und auf der FedEx-Website steht es so Als mir klar wurde, dass mein Paket nicht gefunden wurde, habe ich meine Arbeit übertragen und zwei Tage auf den Kurier gewartet, aber er kam nie an. Mitarbeiter reagieren nicht auf Beschwerden per E-Mail. Wenn das Problem nicht gelöst wird, werde ich eine Beschwerde an alle Behörden richten und überall Bewertungen zum tatsächlichen Betrieb des Dienstes hinterlassen. Ich habe einen Screenshot der Bestellung gefunden, die ich über die DPD-Lieferung aufgegeben habe. Meine Bestellnummer ist 17333.

I am glad cooperating with WOX. Contacted before the order as was looking for condenser for my BMW which is not produced anymore. Got a reply that it will be possible to get it but in some months. Finally got it delivered to my home. Really appreciate they helped me out. Will order again. Recommend.

Stay clear , quite happy to take your money , after 12 days still no despatch email . Ignoring any emails asking when my items are going to be despatched . Luckily I paid via PayPal so received a full refund

Le site Woxparts n'est pas à conseiller. Une fois la commande effectuée, votre compte est débité et vous n'avez pas de nouvelle. Après 15 jours d'attente suite à mon mail de relance, ils m'informent que la pièce n'est plus disponible et qu'ils vont me rembourser. Et 15 jours plus tard le remboursement n'était toujours pas effectué. Heureusement, j'avais payé à l'aide de Paypal qui m'a remboursé.
Laissez Woxparts de coté.

Revendedor de piezas pesimo
Tras varios pedidos fallidos me he dado cuenta que ofrecen piezas en su web que no tienen. Tras largo tiempo esperando sin noticias y contactando al vendedor, cancelan el pedido por falta de stock sin dar ninguna explicación y teniendo que reclamar el reembolso en PayPal porque no contestan a los mensajes.
A pesar de la falta de stock, las piezas siguen apareciendo disponible en la web y si les haces una consulta antes de hacer el pedido preguntando por la disponibilidad de las piezas, tampoco contestan.
No pierdas el tiempo comprando en la web.

Bestellung bezahlt, nicht geliefert, nicht gemeldet, kein Geld zurück.
Am 20.03.24 KFZ-Teil bestellt und sofort, wie verlangt, mit PayPal bezahlt.
Lieferzeit 6-7 Tage.
Am 28.03.24 per Internet erinnert / keine Antwort
Am 15.04.24 per Mail (sales.....) erinnert und Frist gesetzt bis 19.04.24, danach Anzeige wegen Betrug.
Bis zum 21.04.24 keine Reaktion der Firma.
Sprinter wegen der ausstehenden Lieferung nicht fahrbereit!
EU-Mitgliedschaft bedeutet anscheinend nicht auch gleiche Firmen-Glaubwürdigkeit.

Verkäufer nihmt kein Kontakt auf nach Bestellung. 10 Tage keine Antwort warum Ersatzteil nicht verschickt wird. Hätte auch Rezessionen vorher lesen sollen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!
