I purchased a membership on Wpcart.click based on the Trustpilot badge displayed on their homepage, which showed a 4.8-star rating. However, after making the purchase, I discovered that the platform provides nulled, broken, and fake files rather than genuine premium themes and plugins.
When I checked their actual Trustpilot page, the real rating was only 2.5 stars with multiple negative experiences reported. The fake Trustpilot banner on their site is intentionally designed to mislead buyers into trusting them.
This service is totally unprofessional and unsafe for WordPress development. I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing any membership or product from this website.

میں نے WPCart.click سے WordPress website/theme/plugin service کے بارے میں معلومات لینے کے لیے رابطہ کیا تھا۔ میں نے صرف سروس اور قیمت کے بارے میں بات کی، لیکن بعد میں ہمارا معاملہ طے نہیں ہوا اور میں نے کوئی آرڈر نہیں کیا۔

اس کے بعد میرے تجربے کے مطابق WhatsApp پر مجھ سے انتہائی نامناسب اور نازیبا زبان استعمال کی گئی، گالم گلوچ اور بدتمیزی کی گئی اور بار بار WhatsApp calls بھی کی گئیں۔ بعد میں مجھے مزید نامناسب اور دھمکی آمیز پیغامات بھی موصول ہوئے۔

میرے پاس اس گفتگو، WhatsApp profile اور calls کے screenshots محفوظ ہیں۔ میں نے معاملے کی شکایت متعلقہ حکام کو دینے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔

WPCart.click سے میری درخواست ہے کہ اس معاملے پر اپنا مؤقف اور وضاحت بھی پیش کریں۔

They are scammers , they are selling 6 months subscription in the name of lifetime subscription, when i asked them they started absuing me .

This is the worst kind of experience I have ever had with any reseller.

I reached out to them for a specific plugin. They did share the logins for their membership after I paid. After not able to find my specific plugin, I reached out to their support if they have that specific plugin available for the inside their membership. He was not responding.

After a complete whole day I send another message and called on their WhatsApp number and to my response he gave me abusive words. He called me abusive words and asked me if I don't know to search how to search.

Not sure if it was the owner or the support person. If he is not going to provide any support, should have stated before making us buy.

My experience with WPCart.click was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I contacted them through their WhatsApp support to inquire about a specific private plugin. Instead of simply confirming whether the plugin was available, they repeatedly pushed me to purchase their membership first. When I politely requested confirmation about the plugin availability before making any payment, their responses became rude and dismissive.

At one point, they implied that I “didn’t know how to search,” which was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I also suggested that they improve their marketing communication and customer handling, but instead of responding professionally, they reacted aggressively and told me not to “teach them” how to run their business.

Unfortunately, the conversation continued to deteriorate and eventually turned abusive and highly unprofessional. I ultimately had no option except to block them.

As a web developer and agency owner, I regularly communicate with service providers and clients, and professionalism matters a lot in this industry. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend WPCart.click due to their poor customer support, aggressive sales behavior, and disrespectful communication.

I strongly advise others to proceed carefully before purchasing anything from them.
