Gus did an AMAZING job restoring my website from a really bad malware hack. Identified all outdated issues and made the proper recommendations to make sure moving forward I have the most security I can have and can avoid being hacked again!

I have been a WP customer for a while. When your online business goes down from a Malware attack, it can very stressful. And I my case, I am responsible for a few websites, so my customers are not happy when they login to a blank screen. So I found out a couple days ago that my websites were attacked by Malware. A serious situation. So I needed help and quickly. I turned to WP Fix It. They had a multiple website Malware removal service. I signed up and was assigned to Thomas. Right from the beginning I knew I was working with a seasoned professional. And even though my current increasingly poorly managed Hosting service was less than capable to assist Thomas when he hit some roadblocks, Thomas kept pushing forward with a positive attitude. And we worked together to finally get all of the 6 websites cleaned of Malware and also protected from possible future attacks. Through this experience I also found that WP Fix It now has a hosting sevice. He is the best salesman! Soon I will be opening a hosting account with WP Fix IT and migrating all my websites. Scammers. Purchased tasks in bulk during black Friday seeing the offered discount but when asked for fixes simple one-off issues they asked for hiring hourly development saying it’ll take time. Same happened multiple times and finally understood they would only do sooo simple tasks like plugin causing an issue so deactivating that plugin to solve the issue etc.

Suddenly launched validity for those purchased tasks in bulk wiping off all my stacked one-time tasks while they clearly mentioned lifetime validity while selling.

Dont fall for their nonsense

I usually don't take time out of my business day to leave negative reviews but I would strongly caution anyone from working with WP Fix It.

After being a paying customer for months, I was shocked at how rude and condescending their support team was — especially over a simple billing issue that I had already resolved. Rather than offering helpful communication, they sent multiple emails with a hostile tone, accused me of causing “extra work,” and even ended one message by saying, “this will be my last reply.”

That’s not how you treat customers — especially those running real businesses who rely on their websites.

There was zero empathy, no professionalism, and absolutely no reason for the way they spoke to me. If you’re looking for a WordPress provider that respects its customers and actually provides helpful support, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve since moved my website to a much better host with real customer service.

UPDATE: After posting this review I received this exact email (I Copied And Pasted). I notice that there is a pattern of extortion and threats from this company but I will not be a intimidated even it means I loose my site and all my files.

Please look at the other 1 star reviews this is a pattern. TRUST ME STAY FAR AWAY! all this over a missed $37 payment which I paid but did not communicate in a timely manner to their emails because I was sick and did not respond to emails.

Rude, angry, abusive communications. Gave login info. They couldn't get in and said I had sent the wrong info. The info was correct. Turned out I was still logged into site. Logged out and informed them of such. Was told it was too late - refund had already been issued. this all occurred in about 2 minutes (120 seconds)! A person would be crazy to try and use this so-called support. I'm still stuck trying to find someone to fix my site.
