Basically charging you for the same too but you can already find online for free, as they come with no activation codes for licenses. They are glorified demo templates, really.

I have just purchased the premium membership package. All plugins and themes work well. Support is very fast and professional.

I just made a purchase of a plugin and it works fine. The customer service was very kind and fast in response.

I did read the disclaimer and I had the money to take ANOTHER chance on the unlimited plan for $69.99. I have purchased from this company before and I did eventually buy the WordPress themes from Envato (Theme Forest).

This was my experience:
1. The customer service was friendly.

2. I downloaded the Impreza theme. I sent over 10 emails back and forth due to the download issue with the final solution being a combination of the following response:
"Hello, the content of the template you want to import is very large and the server stops the process during import, so the template is not installed completely. I suggest you use another theme. You can choose a theme on our website and I will add it to your account for free."

As well as this response, "If you have purchased a premium membership package, you have access to all website products and can use them. The original products that I listed are not available on the website and we do not offer original licenses on the website, however if you choose one of them, I can make it available to you." (PAY ATTENTION TO THE LICENSING PART!!!!)

3. I attempted to download the Jupiter and Avada themes. I started totally new WordPress accounts and got an error message that caused a crash for both and had to do a restore back to the orginal WordPress version. Here was my response I received, "I tested Avada and Jupiter themes and they work without any errors. All themes are pre-tested and usually error-free." (I attempted to use 3 different devices to download the themes.)
4. I was fully aware of their refund policy because I purchased from them when they were an Etsy seller, and knew they do not allow refund. I still asked because the "medicore" themes they suggested were not themes that I would use. Here was my response,

Hello, all the products on our website have pre-activated license, which means that they do not need an original license.
In original plugins and themes, updates can be done automatically, but in pre-activated, you have to manually upload and install the update file every time.
We do not make any changes to the products and they are completely original, however, some features that need to connect to the developer's site may not work properly, such as loading pre-made templates.
I tested Avada and Jupiter themes and they work without any errors. All themes are pre-tested and usually error-free.
However, we do not guarantee the performance of the software. This does not include refund terms. This is clearly mentioned on the Refund Policy page.

5. I attempted to download the Impreza, Juptier, and Avada on a desktop, a gaming PC, and a laptop. I was told they had been tested even after I brought it to their attention there were issues. Rather odd that on multiple devises neither one worked. (I sent them screen recordings and screenshots.)

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have wasted my money so you do not have too. Use Envato (Theme Forest) or Creative Market and buy a theme so you get the right support and NO DOWNLOAD ISSUE.

I needed a theme and some plugins for my client's website, and the WordPress SoftWebz team was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right products. I purchased the recommended items, and they have been working flawlessly. I highly recommend WordPress SoftWebz for newly established websites on a budget. Everything was perfect, especially the fast and professional support.

I just purchased the Theme from them and it does not have a stylesheet in it. Very disappointed
