Excellent company and product. Saved £345 by ordering through Wray compared to my local coal yard. Ordered on the Monday and coal was delivered on Wednesday. Great heat, very little ash and coal burns longer than my previous coal that I burner. Highly recommend this company.

Delivered on time and the driver was very helpfull

Delivery in 3 days even though I initialy ordrered from the UK advert by mistake. I burn ovoids all the time but these are exceptional in comparrison to what I have been using, also no doubt the bags are heavier!!! I know as I am the one who fills the shuttles every day, will be dealing with Wrays fuel from now on, also there is a "glitter" within the ovoid and less than half the amount of ash left behind. Highly recomended. AC.

Order arrived on time and was actually a day early. Communication was excellent from the company as they informed us of the delivery day and when it had been dispatched. The delivery company called 10mins before arrival and put the order where I needed it. Delivery driver was polite and pleasant.

Received my order on Thursday contacted in the morning by Lisa wray to say it was being delivered that day driver from cumbria logistics contacted me before he arrived and couldn't have been more helpful I have tried this product and found it very good with very little Ash I hope I will be able to purchase this again

Good product, service and price

Went online 22nd March, was in touch with Lisa, price is what it says it is. Placed my order for 1 tonne Grade A ovoids. Coal arrived in Co Mayo on Tuesday 24th, just 2 days. Driver brought the pallet to where I needed it with no issues at all. This is my 2nd time dealing with The Wray Group, buying this time for next winter as prices may well go up and make it worth the trouble, both times I have had no problems.

2nd time ordering coal. Excellent, just like the first time. The coal is for our home burner; it works out cheaper than using the houses heating. It arrived a few days after ordering, and they dropped a message via text giving me an approximate time. The coal itself is excellent quality as well; burn hot for a long time. During cold spells, if the burner is going all day, I will probably go through one 20kg bag every three days.
