We really like how our wristbands turned out, easy company to work with very prompt service nice quality

I still haven’t received my order over 2 weeks after placing it. I contacted customer service and they responded by t have still not resolved the issue.

I enjoyed using the site. It was put together well. I really enjoyed the options to put symbols and emojis around the writing. The only problem I encountered was the receipt of my order. It was sent to a complete stranger in a different city. Thankfully, I was able to collect it from the person who received it and they were very kind. I do give credit to the company, ultimately, because when I reported the issue to them they worked out a partial refund for my trouble! Overall, great product. Company just needs to work on their shipping problems! 😊

My order was not correct. I requested Navy ink on my order and when I received it the ink was Black.

Great pricing! Delivery was actually a day or two early.

Ordering was so easy, the proofing process was seamless and they turned around an edit very quickly. The result looked great and we are really happy with our bracelets, especially the intricate detail on part of our logo that came through flawlessly.

Great price great product

My Experience with Wrist-Band.com was nearly perfect. The only problems were that the wristbands were a little smaller than I expected and they were delivered 3 days later than expected.

The site is very user-friendly. It was easy to order and I received my product in a very timely manner.

Hoping to see what the product looks like soon. Approved order on the 1st, had an estimated delivery date of the 17th, and it’s the 21st and still no product.

The ink on the bracelets are coming off on the ones we have given out already. Not sure if it's because we didn't get the embossed like we normally do, but the ink on those have been on and it has been a year so the new ones have been worn for less then a month and the words are gone.
