I came upon Writers Clique by chance! I had a manuscript for my children’s book, but needed help with illustrations and getting it published. Emma was my “go to person” and Steve was always available to consult! With every vision I had they worked with me to make sure I was happy with the result! As a first time author, I learned plenty along the way about the publishing process, and the team was extremely helpful! We are now onto the marketing campaign!

Emma Harper at Writersclique, does amazingly creattive work. Beautiful illustrations, reels and blogs, she is the best.

Writer's Clique is, at best, a waste of money. You could hire a book designer and editor on your own (via reedsy,upwork, or a similar freelancer site) and then have them upload and order books for you--at a fraction of whatever Writer's Clique will charge you.

At worst, Writer's Clique is a group of scammers--none of them based in the US despite their fake "American" names and fake addresses listed on their sites. They'll give you a high-pressure sales pitch, drop the price if you don't bite right away to try and sway you, and then never deliver the final books.

Oh, and they may use stolen credit cards to order your books from various self-publishing services online, leaving your name, address, phone number, and book associated with a fraudulent order.

*I've experienced their fraudulent practices firsthand*. Stay away from them.

The project is not finished yet but so far Writers Clique has created a beautiful cover for the book and suggested a good title. David Alonzo had been very kind and helpful to me as I am in my mid 80's and I have never done this before.

Stella Quinn has been exceptionally communicative and has helped tremendously to share my vision with the illustrator. She makes me feel understood and heard and has been compassionate and understanding because this project has such significant personal meaning for me. I highly recommend Stella as my project manager - not sure if that's her title, but having her assigned to my project has been gratifying, appreciated, and has made a significant difference in moving my book along. Thank you, Stella.

Mr.David Alonso was great!!! He offered good services and call backs. I would also like to thank Mr.Joe Martin for all of his work prior to him leaving!!! I appreciate everybody help with me on my book!!! Thank you Mr.Oliver to!!!

I knew what I wanted – that is – book-making expertise. Ideas are my focus. Presenting them in book form is a “BEST” way to share and test. Mike Foster guided the process with timely confidence and skill. The cover design is perfect. His selections for type and layout allow its sometimes-complicated idea content to prevail.

I have been with Writers Clique since 2023, now going on my sixth book. Ms Jennifer Bloom, I would regard her as a friend, and she is always there to help me if I have questions, problems with my stories. MS. Bloom is a no-nonsense person and will always get back to you in a timely manner.

The experience I had with Writer's Clique was absolutely seamless. Communication was excellent as the company revised and printed my booki, and my coordinator, Ms. Jennifer Bloom, was quick to respond to every question I had, and sorted out any problems with skill and in a timely way. I was particularly impressed with the graphic arts people who redesigned my book's cover. I would recommend this company to any author who wishes to publish a book in a quick and efficient manner.

I have had nine books published since 2008, and I needed a new publisher. After checking several publishers' websites, I felt Writers Clique would help me the most. They were efficient with their suggestions on several paragraphs in the manuscript. I liked the idea of suggestions instead of I'm right, so you do it my way or not at all. I became ill, and they were both understanding and patient.

I have had a great experience working with Joe Martin and the rest of the team. They are always timely and courteous and happy to answer my many questions. I truly feel like we are all a team working on the same goal. If I ever publish again I am sure I will work with them again.

I needed help for my children’s book last year and writer’s clique helped me with this. I wrote my story of my puppy, tried to upload myself and then realized I was lost.
Richard was good talking to me about what was going on. But, Emma helped me by proofreading and giving me suggestions. She assisted me with the process of picking a picture for the cover of my book, as well as other pictures in the book . And she did so much more, we worked closely together.
My overall experience with writer’s clique has been positive, but as far as selling my books I didn’t know what to expect or just how much it would cost me. I am hoping for royalties to start coming in. I’ve have received some royalties, but far less than I expected. This is the only reason I gave them a “4” rating. The people I have worked closely with have been great and really helpful and nice.

The process of book publication has been relatively smooth, a bit more complicated than I initially expected. Nevertheless, Joe Martin has moved along this process in an efficient, courteous manner. He has explained the different stages of production and has been adaptive in managing my particular schedule (which is partially dependent on the artist who is providing approximately 35 illustrations. Overall, Joe has been very effective in managing the overall process outlined by Writers Clique.
