I needed replacement springs for an obsolete Cardale mechanism that Cardale failed to offer me. The phone was answered promptly by a man who clearly knew his stuff and was able to reassure me about an alternative. It arrived the next day and was easy to fit. Excellent service.

They answered my inquiry and delivered.
They answered my inquiry within a very short time frame, they indentified what parts I needed from the photos that I sent and when ordered that parts arived very quickly. Ordered Thursday PM and job done Saturday PM . Thats what I call Service.

Needed a new spring box and rollers for…
Needed a new spring box and rollers for my old Garador MK2, I wasn't to sure which one to get as they are many different ones, had a live chat with Caitlin and after a few messages all sorted, the product arrived the next day followed the instructions and had it fitted in around a hour and half all working brilliantly, glad I found these people as it saved me over £500 if I had replaced the whole garage door and system myself,& £1500, if I was getting a new door fitted. Thank you

Henderson door cable replacement
Delivery was very quick. The parts fitted perfectly without any modifications. The instructions (along with YouTube videos) made the fitting relatively simple - the tip about drawing a chalk line along the spring was very useful since I inevitably lost count when retensioning the spring.
