Hi.I received my case yesterday and I was a little disappointed because I didn't get the box line.I really was looking forward to trying that.However, they did add A\n merlot wine to compensate.\nBut I'd really be interested in the box line and trying that.So I know how it is for the next time.I order.

After 4+ years I have only been disappointed one time with one bottle. Service has always been great and the staff have always been helpful when I travel for an extended time. One area for improvement would be a longer lead time notice for an upcoming delivery. Telling me one or two days ahead of time is not much notice and a real headache when traveling

I have been a member for years. Overall the wine is very good! If we get one that’s not our favorite, we let you know it’s a thumbs down. That’s happened maybe 2 or 3 times over the several years we e been members. I really enjoy that the wine comes from all over the world and we get to try things we usually can’t buy anywhere around where we live. Also if I ever have a question, I call and your representatives are great.

They always have good quality wines. Prices are competitive and usually lower than others. Delivery is quick.
