Very terrible inconsistent service, they just take your money and ignore you, extremely rude and lazy customer service representative, I have to send a prove of my payment to their watzapp and still doesn't make a difference! I sent money today before closing time and now they have closed, I don't know when I will get my money. I need it for an emergency....

Every transaction is effectively transferred with honesty

I am writing this review as it is alwasy a great expirence using TETRAD.

It is very unfortunate that THREE DAYS after using it to send money to my Access bank account, I am yet to receive it. The transaction is still PENDING till date and no one is offering any explanation.
More annoying is that the phone number they provided is always switched off. I have sent mails and messages to no avail.
They just deserve 0 rating at this time.

Please do not use this company to send money at this period. I sent money over 24 hours and this has not been received, contact telephone number is switched off as well and no other form of communication. They are not responding to emails either

People should beware of being scammed.
I was enjoying the app and even made severally referals when the company was WSL remit. Not that it is Tetrad, it has become a scam. I made a transfer and contacted customer service after some days of not getting remittance. I was asked to provide my transaction reference number (NGGB09898611), which I did, and they suddenly went silent on me.

This remittance company changed their name to Tetrad and since then their services has nose dived and now they are not even completing transactions, I did a remittance yesterday 12/09/2024 and till now 4:30pm 13/09/2024 24hrs later my transactions is still pending and no response from the customer service despite All messages asking for updates on what should have taken seconds to be delivered, this is so frustrating, I hope I get my money back

This morning, I wish there is anything far below 1 star. It has been more than 48hrs since I made a transfer, but not yet delivered. I have tried calling directly but the phone is switched off, I also called with WhatsApp as requested- no response! I hope this can be resolved urgently so that WSL can reclaim its pride. This is currently disappointing. I hope they overcome what is causing the delays.

The above issue was resolved today. Though my app was showing 'pending', It was checked by Zainab, and confirmed to have gone through.

Transaction ID ITNG0814031248. This my money has been hanging for more than 24hrs now. What can I do, how can they be reach? none of their communication channels goes through I sent 1,200 euros since yesterday up till now I haven't gotten it

I was very impressed with how fast my transfer went through. I had a slight hiccup when I was trying to register and their customer service was very patient in putting me through. Highly recommended.

Please can there be someone to talk to if you have a problem when you transfer money? Its so frustrating when there's no one to talk to. My money have being pending for one week no one to talk to so sad

TIME WHEN YOU ATTEMPT DESPERATELY CONTACT THIS COMPANY THE EMAIL IS RETURNED AND IT SAYS EMAIL NOT RECOGNISED & THE COMPANY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR ONLY MOB. NUM ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR CONTACT US. WHEN YOU SENT A TEXT TO THIS MOB, ALL YOU GET BACK IS WAIT 1- 3 BUSINESS WORKING DAYS AND IF YOU DONT SEE YOUR MONEY PLS DONT CONTACT US YOU NEED TO CONTACT YOUR DESTINATION BANK INSTEAD.

I downloaded the app only for checking purpose but it seems quite Good for instant Money Transfer.
