Truly brilliant service - BEST knives ever
I have to say I've been truly impressed by the customer support team at Wusthof UK. I had a set of Classic Ikons and the handles had been cracking and chunks were starting to break off. I was in John Lewis looking at replacing them. Got chatting to one of the staff who said the knives had a lifetime warranty, so worth getting in touch with Wusthof. Which I did, and I'm so thankful as they've all been replaced with no quibble. I was without them for a couple of weeks and have to say really missed them, having to make do with an old set that never kept a sharp edge! So looking forward to receiving my replacements.

Having purchased a knife through Amazon…
Having purchased a knife through Amazon a year ago it developed a fault in that it split along the back edge. I tried to go through Amazon to get a replacement under their warranty period which proved impossible, they completely ignored my requests. I contacted Wusthof directly, I was helped by the amazing Amy Tan. She immediately provided me with a replacement knife, no problems at all. Amy is a credit to Wusthof, this is how customer service is supposed to work.
no quibble lifetime guarantee honoured
I absolutely love my Wusthof Classic Ikon 17cm,its been used daily since 2017 and with occasional touch up on a Japanese wetstone it remains the sharpest tool i own.
So when I snapped the tip off last week on some tough veg I was gutted, I reached out to Amy and she replaced it immediately with the identical model. What a great service. You only really need one good knife, so make it a Wusthof.

Beautifully made knives that perform amazingly. I'd previously used some from a well known hight street kitchen supplier, and although they weren't terrible, they're not a patch on Wusthof. Add to that the amazing customer service / warranty (I had an issue with a knife that was caused by human error but Wusthof replaced it immediately) and you really shouldn't buy anything else!

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with one of my knives. Made an enquiry to Wusthof uk. Amy was super helpful and resolved the issue. It's a brand that I have a lot of trust in and will continue to support and recommend to others.

This a truly great company
This a truly great company. The handle on the kitchen knife I bought around twenty years had cracked and was completely broken. Much to my surprise when I asked Wusthof if it could be repaired they gathered all the facts from me asking for photos and the history of the knife from date of purchase and then told me they would send me a brand new replacement!!
Incidentally, the knife blade is made from top quality steel. It sharpens beautifully and there are no notches or roughness on the blade. A knife of the quality is not cheap but it is certainly worth the price.
I can strongly recommend Wusthof.

When I received my parcel it was open…
When I received my parcel it was open and the knives was missing these was for my sons Xmas present. I contact and Holly got back to be and raised a credit for me to reorder this was 3 days before Xmas day they gave me next day delivery to assure they was here on time. The service I received was second to none, the quality are amazing these will last him for years. We even ordered the chopping board to use with the knives. Definitely recommend buying these as you won’t be disappointed. We will be adding to this collection.

Customer service has been useless (Amy Tan) days between replies, no update that I can’t see myself on the delivery service. Not sure of what the point of her service is
I’ve repeatedly asked for a new item or a refund, which keeps getting ignored.
Great knives, Great Service
I've had three Wusthof knives for around twenty years, and recently noticed that the bread knife had a cracked handle. I contacted Wusthof on the 2nd January enquiring about a warranty claim or otherwise for repair options, and after being sent the relevant form, I was approved for a warranty replacement, received by post on the 12th January. I'd like to thank Amy at Wusthof for her help.
Perhaps more important than the quality of service is the excellent quality of the knives. These are knives to last a lifetime, supported by a lifetime warranty.
Realistically, I think any knife of this price should be this good, however backing it with such good service twenty years later is remarkable.
Wüsthof for life…
Contacted Wüsthof to enquire about repairing my trusted classic chef knife. The handle had split after over 10 years of immaculate use. The knife is an extension of my hand when cooking. As it’s my favourite knife in my Wüsthof collection and the blade is still as good as the day I brought it. I thought a handle repair maybe possible. Instead Amy and the incredible team at Wüsthof UK, are sending a replacement. I didn’t imagine I’d get that response, but thrilled with the outcome. I’m glad I invested in a quality company all those years ago. Wüsthof is and will be my knife choice for life.

Surprise
Firstly the product is excellent. Seldom do reviews under sell the performance and satisfaction of small daily personal respect for quality that using a super classic Ikon product provides.
When this process is abruptly and unexpectedly shattered by accident (knocking the knife to the floor only for it to snap in two after 19months use) the small grief and dread reaction is normal.
However Wusthof have managed not only to exceed my expectations in using the knife but also in their customer support by honouring their warrantee in replacing the chef’s knife free of charge in very short order after filling in a form and the briefest of correspondence with their professional staff.
I can only say that I am very happy that in this day and age real quality is still available both in product design and in customer service.
I look forward to many more years of careful use and efficient service from my newly polished Wusthof Ikon a real classic performer. Thank you

Excellent Knives and Outstanding Customer Service from Wüsthof
I bought a Wüsthof Gourmet 6-piece knife set (with block) back in 2019 from the Knife and Tools website. The knives have been fantastic — well-balanced, sharp, and a pleasure to use. However, after years of regular use, two of the knife handles started to loosen around the rivets.
I first contacted Knife and Tools to make a warranty claim, but since they no longer sell Wüsthof products, they advised me to reach out to Wüsthof directly. I used the online form on Wüsthof’s website and uploaded photos of the issue. Impressively, I received a reply the same day from Amy at their customer service team. She asked me to complete another form (which seemed to repeat the same questions as the online form, but that’s a minor thing).
Once I sent that back, my warranty claim was approved within two days, and replacement knives were shipped immediately. The new knives arrived quickly and are the exact same model — brand new and perfect.
Overall, I’m really happy with both the quality of Wüsthof’s knives and their excellent customer service. They handled my warranty claim professionally, efficiently, and kept their word throughout the process. A brand that truly stands behind its products!
