Your video tutorials gave me a great learning experience. I can go on my own pace and rewind the videos if needed to retain what I had learned.Customer support has been great as well if I had questions that I need to be clarified.

I am an internist with very superficial training in ultrasound and echocardiography. Most of the time we are dependant on our radiology and cardiology colleagues. But since i joined the intensive care team i realized the deficiency. With my busy hospital hours and domestic responsibilities it was almost impossible to learn echo by joining a traditional class.123 sonography gave me an opportunity to learn when ever i get time and now dr Thomas Binder and dr Anna are not only mine but are as family members of my sons also and both my 6 year and 10 year old sons also enjoy the course.

Thank you very much for your continuous efforts in teaching echo.
I have purchased your EchoMasterclass product one year ago and I believe it was the best investment of my career so far. I basically learned echo thanks to you!
I then purchased the Abdominal ultrasound bachelor class, and - while very good in itself - I felt like there was something missing, like it just didn't have the complexity and structure of the EchoMasterclass.
I also purchased your Speckle Tracking Masterclass, which was very good and very well structured, even though at certain points it was a bit tedious, at some points it felt like the information presented there was stretched a tiny bit.
One final issue I would like to address is that of the quizzes; while the EchoMasterclass had quite tricky questions, questions that forced you to study and consult with sources other than the videos - it felt to me that the quiz difficulty of the abdominal ultrasound and speckle tracking courses was turned down quite a bit. It felt like the producers of the courses WANTED me to pass the quiz...like you were afraid the users would be displeased of failing a quiz. The quiz should be hard! It should reflect the knowledge gained in that chapter...and if you make that too easy, you will never know if you acquired that knowledge or not.
That being said, I must end with congratulating you for the incredible efforts in making ultrasound a more accessible resource worldwide. Keep up the good work!

I salute Dr.Thomas Binder and the 123sonography team,your videos on YouTube and the free chapters have convinced me that 123 sonography has the teaching style that fits the learning of echocardiography perfectly, and I am passionate about learning from the gurus of the art and science of echocardiography.

I am a cardiac anesthesiologist doing TEEs almost every day but being less experienced in TTE. I do not know any better method to improve my TTE skills than 123sonography.com. Furthermore, the many different cases presented and webinars increase my knowledge in cardiology. The teaching method is excellent. I even take over tips how to explain echocardiography to colleges and students. For my purpose, it is better than any book, and better than any workshop. I am a common cardiologist from Tbilisi (republic of Georgia) and became a member of this team several months ago. However, I almost felt in love for the entire team of the site.
