I paid £20 for a “full” report . It provided me with one address which turned out to be completely wrong !?? . That’s it . It said before purchasing it would provide a telephone number , previous addresses etc . And you didn’t . You’re lying and false advertising . I’d like a full refund please you didn’t help me at all .

Did not give the information advertised in the Background Report. Only confirmed a past address which we knew to be able to order the report. Other information was wrong not required and out of date.
A completely pointless report which gave nothing.

I didn’t read the terms and conditions properly and lost my 4 credits as they expired after a month. I sent an enquiry which was resolved straight away and I was re credited with a months extension, this was very fair. Thank you
This is the first time I have used the service. I had a number of searches to conduct, one of which raised an issue which I referred, after business hours to 'Customer Help'. By the following morning, following some intelligent questions from Matt, the advisor in question, the issue was satisfactorily resolved.
Congratulations to 192.com. and to the effect of adverse Trustpilot review. Originally gave 1 star as failed to deliver. Following review I have received a refund from 192.

Awful company. They appear cheap compared to more efficient companies . Once signed up became apparent that 6 credits is not 6 different people searches but 6 pieces of information about a single person. Search proved unsuccessful - they couldn’t trace address. I then went to a slightly more expensive company who give full refund if unsuccessful. They were able to provide address plus much more including ccjs within 24 hours.
Farcical response from 192. Bottom line is their service is useless irrespective of how many credits required. What they can’t answer is why another tracer costing less finds address and CCC details in 24 hours when 192 found nothing. Do not be duped.

Very helpful and informative customer support
Spent £38 on credit only got 2 searches your credits just disappear. No way to find out how many credits you have left always takes you to the buy more credits page. This service is terrible please do not use it.

Great customer service. My credits expired and Laura was kind enough to extend them on this occasion as I was unaware that there was a time limit.
Great facility, had difficulty getting my verification email through our security settings, Laura assisted immediately, great service, well done :)
Sold me the wrong information and when I asked for a refund, no reply for over two weeks.

p.s. just received the below message from 192.com.
FYI - I received a confirmation email from 192.com on the same day saying I will receive a proper response within 24 hours.
So 192.com did receive my querry.

Quick to answer phone, very personable and quick to resolve query.
Searches are sometimes not clear but company offered a refund for unsatisfactory search result.
I inadvertently managed to order the same background report twice. I noticed straight away and only opened one of them. I requested a refund for the duplicate and received an email within 5 minutes saying that the refund had been processed.
This really is the best place to find people. I have tried and used several. And, on the ONE occasion I needed help, the guys were quick and helpful. What more could one ask?
I have just spent £20 on credits. All credits used to view one item, with no information on it.
I understand you take a risk with Information not being available.. But this is a scam it has taken all my credits and I only clicked once. I will be expecting a refund very unfair.
Furthermore I have just checked once your out of credits you can search for free, but buy credits and it will take them to do the same search and not click on anything. I'm appauled!

I paid for the first time for 6 credits.I used the first
one to look at the record I wanted then continued browsing not understanding I was using up credits
as I went on for the next five I looked at as other users have found.Tried to send an email to
192 which was accepted then rejected
by their postmaster about this.Just wasted nearly £15 on getting what turned out to be the wrong address,I have had a reply today which did not address the issue.
