TRASH COMPANY

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY (ORDER NUMBER 14609). THEY HAVE GONE MISS8NG WITH MY MONEY. I HAVE TRIED EMAILING THEM AND THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS DOES NOT WORK AND THE EMAIL KEEPS BOUNCING BACK. ITS CLEAR I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I WILL NOW CONTACT MY BANK AND START A CASE AGAINST THEM. ANYONE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY BE VERY CAREFUL AS THE ARE CLEARLY SCAMMING PEOPLE JUDG8NG FROM ALL THE REVIEWS.

Wish I had read the reviews before I placed ORDER #14571. Payment taken immediately but have had no comms since. Sent a couple of emails (no response), and chatbot is no help. If it ever does arrive I’m dubious about the quality given what others have stated. Will start chargeback with CC company tomorrow. Disappointed

This company is beyond bad. The product received was good but no way an XL so requested exchange for larger size. Was agreed via email. Sent items back tracked. Now the coms have stopped despite several chasers. Terrible terrible terrible. Do not waste your money here

I have tried to email several times and haven't had any response very poor customer service - otherwise I do like the products - used the contact email on the website twice and had no response!

Pure Arnaque

J'ai passé ma commande le 24 janvier et je n'ai toujours rien reçu! Aucune réponse à mes nombreux mails envoyés. C'est inacceptable !

Ich habe ein T-Shirt wegen eines besonderen Aufdrucks bestellt. (Bestellung 25.02.26) Der Druck war mir den relativ hohen Preis wert. Nach ca. einer Woche habe ich bei dem Händler bzgl. eines Liefertermin angefragt. Am 06.03.2026 bekam ich die Antwort mit der Sendungsnummer von FedEx. Am 11.03.2026 habe ich das Paket erhalten. Zwischen Bestellung und Lieferung lagen somit genau 2 Wochen! Das ist für mich absolut in Ordnung! Der Druck/Print entspricht absolut meinen Erwartungen. Das T-Shirt ist im Vintage-Style und fällt für etwas klein aus! (dafür der Punkt Abzug!) Ich war geduldig und wurde nicht enttäuscht!

I ordered a t-shirt on 24th Feb, the money was taken immediately and it is now 10th March and I have not received the item. I have emailed the company twice but received no reply. It is a shame as the company’s designs are excellent,
but customer service could definitely be improved. I wait in hope of receiving my t-shirt! 🙏

Update: Friday 13 March: well I have to take back some of what I said 1921 have come up trumps – they FedEx’d the T-shirt to me and I received it today it's perfect 😍 thank you very much for sorting this out best wishes, Jayne

Wir wollten ein T-Shirt zurückschicken. Haben einige Male ein Mail geschrieben wohin wir es zurückschicken können. Leider nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich würde auf jeden Fall die Finger von dieser Seite lassen. Leider eine reine abzocke.

DIES IST EINE WARNUNG AN ALLE, DIE SICH IN EINE GESCHÄFTSBEZIEHUNG MIT 1921 T-SHIRT BEGEBEN WOLLEN UND ÜBER DEN SHOP EIN T-SHIRT KAUFEN MÖCHTEN. DON’T DO IT!!!! KAUFT WOANDERS.

DAS T-SHIRT UND DER DRUCK SIND VON MITTLERER QUALITÄT UND TENDENZIELL EHER EINE NUMMER ZU KLEIN. EINE RÜCKSENDUNG IST NICHT MÖGLICH, DA MAN EINE RETOURENFREIGABE BENÖTIGT. DIESE ERHÄLT MAN ANGEBLICH PER E-MAIL BEZIEHUNGSWEISE AUF TELEFONISCHE NACHFRAGE. Man erhielt keine Antwort.

Absoluter KACKLADEN

T shirt was to small and I tried to get a larger T shirt, but ik took me 10 mails and 6 weeks... No response on the mails, telephone calls, ... Eventually I received what I wanted but I took me a lot of effort....

Prima di tutto le magliette bellissime e originali, un bel cotone, una bella forma che evidenzia il corpo non sono dei sacchi
Seconda cosa, mi hanno risolto un problema con il corriere a causa di un mio errore con gentilezza e professionalità
Acquisterò ancora di sicuro

Esperienza imbarazzante e frustrante. Dopo un acquisto online e una richiesta di sostituzione taglia, assolutamente legittima, mi sono ritrovata intrappolata in un silenzio totale, risposte evasive e una gestione che definire dilettantesca è già un complimento.
Per settimane ho dovuto inseguire il servizio clienti per ottenere ciò che mi spettava di diritto, senza ricevere soluzioni concrete, solo scuse vaghe e rimpalli.
Raggiunti questi livelli di totale mancanza di professionalità, non mi interessa più la sostituzione ma esigo il rimborso totale!
La sensazione è quella di un’azienda che spera che il cliente si stanchi e rinunci.
Tempi biblici,nessuna tutela per chi ha già pagato.
Se state pensando di acquistare, sappiate che in caso di problemi sarete completamente soli.
Un brand che tratta così i propri clienti non merita fiducia né soldi.
Da evitare.
Ad oggi, sono ancora in attesa di risolvere il problema (acquisto fatto l'8 dicembre 25)

I prodotti li conosco e sono di buona qualità ma il servizio clienti è inesistente, i tempi di spedizione lunghissimi senza notizie su quando sarà effettuata la consegna (regalo di Natale comprato il 16 dicembre partito solo dopo contestazione PayPal a gennaio)

I have 2 of their Tshirts - one from a reseller and one direct. The quality and print is great - hence I went direct for the second one. So quality - great. Product - great. BUT service - not so much. I did receive my t-shirt in the end and love it . The way to getting it was ... challenging. After numerous unanswered emails I decided to write a review on Trustpilot (which was a one star). They got in touch following the review and I received my T-Shirt within a week. So - if they put the same effort into dealing with their customers' emails as they do with Trustpilot reviews they really could get a lot of repeat custom (at least from me).
