Really poor. Spent £50 on socks that never arrived. When queried they blamed the courier ( Royal Mail) but said they would sent a replacement if I covered the postage (from Australia)…I am now £50 out of pocket and sockless!
Avoid.
There is another company from Australia that copies 3am Latte socks and packaging. Both look the same. There is a large difference. 3am Latte socks are much better.
The socks are not high quality, they bobble up and shrink. The tank top vests are undersized. They do not accept returns AT ALL which they say is due to hygiene reasons but all other online retailers accept returns of socks and t shirts! Absolutely terrible company and I would not use again
Socks shrink in the wash. Even under instructions. Although the customer service is worse. There are better socks out there. Save your money.
If you are looking for the perfect slouchy sock- this is it. It’s very high quality. These feel substantial, tightly woven, and great on the feet. I have particularly wide ankles and lower calves and this is not tight on me.
The owners were kind enough to extend a solution for a mistake on my part with ordering. They were extremely kind and quick to respond.

They advertise themselves as high quality but it for sure isn't worth the quality you get for $20 per pair of socks not to mention the shipping is not free either, for some reason the black pairs have a logo saying 3am on the bottom but the white ones don't, and as soon as I wore them the 1st time they started pilling like they were old.. Not what I would expect for a $20 pair of socks and I can't get a refund anyway so I wasted $200 on a set of 14 socks.
