I bought a driver that broke within 7 months. It was counterfeit and a piece of junk. Customer service never got back with me and never tried to make it right. All I want is my money back. They won't respond. I strongly advise everyone to not buy from this corrupt comp may. Their products are junk and they do not care. They want to steal your money for a counterfeit product. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

Terrible service trying to take your money
I’m upset because I ordered clubs to be delivered the next day as it stated on the website. Surprisingly, my clubs never showed up, so I called customer service and they were horrible. He tried to only give me $5 back after I had paid $40 for overnight shipping. I even looked at their policy and it stated that I should get a full refund of shipping costs. After I said this, he unhappily agreed.

3BALLS SCAM
This place is scamming people.. I sent them clubs to be evaluated and priced about 3 weeks ago and still have yet to have any communication on the whereabouts of the funds owed to me or my clubs back. They won't address any emails and if they do answer they still won't address the monies they owe. I was told this week someone would get back to me Friday at days end with no success...Hell! they can have the clubs now!.. I want nothing else to do with them neither should you... BE AWARE!!! Don't send anything!
No issues
I saw a lot of mixed . Took a shot on a club since the price was too good to resist. It was listed as used good condition. There’s maybe 1 tiny scratch on the bottom. The club is basically in new condition as it seems it has maybe been hit 1 Time. No shipping issues other than a beat up box. Maybe I got lucky but I’m very happy with my purchase from 3balls
golf ball retriever
I ordered a golf ball retriever advertised as 21 feet length.
When I received the retriever, it measured less than 18 feet.
I requested 3 balls to refund me the purchase price plus all shipping costs to me and return shipping to 3 balls. I also suggested 3 balls the alternative to just refund me the purchase price and let me keep the 18-foot retriever, (Amazon does this on order errors to minimize shipping cost to the buyer) 3 balls declined and stated that I would receive a refund when the retriever is received at 3 Balls. When I asked for 3 Balls to state the amount that would be refunded, 3Balls refused.
There are 2 issues here:
1. The product is not as advertised. (21 feet advertised, retriever is less than 18 feet)
2. 3 balls refusal to accept all shipping charges so I end up paying out of pocket shipping for a product that is not as advertised and that I do not have.

Vision Benefits Aren’t Included For Their Job Apparently..
I ordered a Ping putter in “like new condition”. The condition was less than “like new”. First thing I notice is a dent in the face of the putter which their grading system states “no signs of abuse or dents”. I sent 2 photos of it and circled the dent in the putter face and got told “I don’t see a dent”. I’m currently trying to figure out if vision is an offered benefit in their job and why this person hasn’t had their eyes checked. Apparently Ray Charles is grading these clubs. Worst buying experience from this website I’ve ever had.
An absolute scam
Guys, I am being serious, please do not operate with this company and I encourage all of you to report this company to the FTC. I attempted to purchase a used golf club from this site only to find out that my order had been cancelled due to an incorrect billing address (my address was entered 100% correctly on my order receipt). I called customer service multiple times and I was told that I would be refunded of my purchase. Needless to say I am writing this review because I was never refunded. I am being serious, protect yourself as a consumer from this fraudulent site.

My experience with 3 balls has been a nightmare. Deceptive behavior all the way. I will file a complaint with the FTC and encourage others to do the same. This company is the poster child for the old adage: If something looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Terrible customer service. Avoid spending your money from this online store.
I bought excellent condition $1000 iron set.
It came with unmatched grip and size.
Chat with Customer service over an hour.
They kept suggesting me to get an undersize grips that they have on stock and end up saying that I can get a help from the local pro shop!
This is our communication and I do not think it is something right one of the biggest online seller treat their customer.
You make your own decision after reading what happened with me with customer service team.

Scam Artists
This company is a scam. I ordered a club and then realised I had ordered a left-handed club. Cancelled within 5 minutes and awaited a promised refund. They promised me next day. Then within 48 hours, then end of the week. A month later and I'm still waiting and today they had the cheek to claim they had refunded and the problem was with my bank.
A disgrace to business and to the great game of golf. They have no ethics and will lie and take your money with no hope of refund. Steer well clear please and save your money for suppliers with ethics. In the meantime I'm off to find a lawyer to deal with them. If anyone else is owed money by these people get in touch and we can share costs.

If you think you are getting a bargain…
If you think you are getting a bargain from this company then think again. They state free shipping on orders over $199 dollars but they don't tell you you will get stung for import tax, believe me import tax is not cheap. I bought some clubs and received a bill for £72.80 from FedEx.
Buyer Beware - Horrible Customer Service and Inaccurate Website
They take your money. don't honour their delivery times and then send your goods with items missing. You will not receive an apology or follow up. Their excuse will be that the item you selected is no longer in stock, however I bought that particular item because the website said it WAS in stock.
This business is not customer centric and I will not purchase from here again.

Just went through 37 minutes of hold too talk to kevin who was frazzled. Not his fault. Ordered a club on Tuesday at 10:41 am. Emailed on Wed at 8:30 am to ask about upgrading delivery, got no response within 24 hours. Got my notice that label was made at FedEx Sure Post at 207 am Thursday am and not until now 5:30 pm on Thursday was I able to reach someone to find out I won't get it for well over a week. When they were in Mass the service was 100% better. Done buying from them will buy from 2nd swing from now on. Waste of time!
Great prices, fast delivery, awesome customer service
I recently purchased a set of used irons that were described as in "good" condition from 3balls.com. I ordered the clubs on a Saturday afternoon and received them on Monday. The clubs were in better condition than I expected. Very pleased. There was one club missing and I contacted the customer service agent using the live chat on their website. They didn't have the exact club that was missing so they offered me several options to choose from, all better than the club I was missing. I received my new club free of charge the next day with a cover and box of golf balls. The customer service agent was very nice and eager to help. I must say this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. It is rare that you get this kind of service especially when ordering something online. I intend to buy all of my future golf item from 3balls.com. Great prices, fast deliver and customer service that goes above and beyond. I don't recall ever taking the time to right a review of a company before but I was so blown away by my overall experience that I decided to stop and pay credit where credit is due.
