I see all these negative reviews and that really surprises me, so much so I felt compelled to leave a review in their defence. I have been using this website for several years and it’s always been excellent! I haven’t really had a single issue, except for once I received a damaged product, emailed customer service and they were quick to respond, friendly and sent out a replacement immediately. Never had a single delivery or customs issue. Payments have always gone through, may have had one card declined in the past but they just advised to reorder using a different card. Cannot fault this site and is definitely no scam. Perhaps other users are using a scam site with a very similar web address? Who knows.

I've purchased from 4NRX about 4 odd times now and have always received excellent service. The payment process during my first purchase was a bit long winded but once set up becomes much smoother. Products are legit and are delivered on average around 10 days. I now use them on a regular basis.

Stole my money and just horrible to deal with. Knew what they did was wrong, and lied about it. Not just a phib , but a great big lie and refused to give my money back. Took the money, then more than tripled the delivery time, all the time knowing full well what they were doing was wrong and a scam. They will take your money, not care about the medicine you or the need.

I’ve ordered from this company for around a year now, not only is the quality good, I’m paying cheaper here than I would for the same prescription in uk. I always pay by bank transfer, and always kept informed on how my order is progressed. I order some stuff last monday 25th October, and good arrived today 1st November. I’ll never use anyone else.

They're based in Hong Kong so take a wild guess how they get to operate successfully.

Have used 4NRX for several years and never had any problems whatsoever. They take payment by credit card (so you're fully protected) and have an excellent record with customs clearance into the UK.

Use without fear - they're fine. :-)

Exactly as described by others. Take your order. Then send email saying unable to take the payment via Visa. Asking you to pay by international bank transfer or bit coin.
Have cancelled my credit card as a precaution.

I was cautious about using this website due to some of the reviews below but I have had a good experience and can recommend.

I totally understand the concerns below about the card issues and I had one too - I put in my card details and got an email saying please make bank transfer instead which i did. Customer support was great and item was posted quickly (cream for psoriasis that isnt available in UK).

This is a genuine website and business. As always with online shopping please be careful - I would recommend using a virtual card/one that you dont keep money in usually in case it gets leaked (revolut and other apps offer virtual card numbers that are only good for 1 transaction and therefore cant he stolen). Also recommend to never use your real DOB on these things as it is not necessary. But I can confirm the website and products are legitimate.

If you use safely you will get what you paid for.

This website will collect your personal information and use failed payment as excuse to ask you to send payment in Bitcoin! No legitimate business will ask you this! Here is the email I received for you information!

They seem to operate a few other similar sites. Be very careful! Do not fall for these websites!

I've just moved to a new state with no health insurance, so I was looking for somewhere to order my medication online without a prescription. I found 4NRX through Reddit, and they appeared to have a decent reputation. So I decided to place an order. Now, let's get one thing clear upfront: any website that sells prescription drugs to people without prescriptions is going to be at least slightly sketchy. I accept that. But as others have noted, the checkout process with 4NRX is very odd. They ask customers for their DOB for "verification purposes", but a credit card company would never share this information with a third party so that doesn't make any sense. I foolishly ignored that red flag because I'm afraid of running out of my medication. After clicking confirm it just took me to a generic text document saying "Invoice", without any kind of payment confirmation. A few minutes later I received an email telling me that I need to pay them by BTC or international wire transfer due to a "problem with our payment system". Is that so? I looked through the reviews on here and it's evident that 4NRX were telling other customers about the same card processing "issue" over a year ago! So why, then, not simply take the credit card form off of their billing page? Why also is there no mention of BTC or bank transfers anywhere on their page? It would appear that the primary function of this website is to harvest credit card numbers, probably for resale elsewhere. If they can find someone gullible enough to send them the BTC, then that is just icing on the cake. No money has been taken from my account (yet), but I've just canceled my debit card and ordered a new one to be on the safe side. Steer clear of 4NRX, because it's either a scam or they are simply incompetent with regards to handling their customers' sensitive financial information. Neither is a good scenario.

Was a little worried about ordering from them for the first time so I just put in a little order. Paid by card. A little odd that they request D.O.B. but I haven't had any problems. The order came within a few weeks. I would definitely use them again.

I am very happy with this company. I have been ordering generic medication from them for 10 years now. Prompt despatch and fast delivery is expected. They also give you a delivery fee discount if you are a regular customer.

I have had no issues whatsoever with the items . They deserve 5 stars.

I have bought of them for many years and have never had a problem , everything I ordered turned up , on your first time order you have to do bank transfer or bit coin and after that other orders come directly out your account , my orders arrived within a week , I never have had any issues

I placed an order for a cream that treats my fathers skin cancer and 5 weeks later i am still waiting!!!! I have emailed the company and no reply....

As with others experiences, I placed an order, added all my credit card details (why the DoB request “for your card providers verification”?), got order confirmation email, thought all was well, then got email saying “some problem with credit card services” & asking me to pay by international wire transfer or Bitcoin (!!). Small print says I would be liable for any uk customs fee on arrival also... I replied asking if they accept other cards but was just given details for a wire transfer. Decided not to continue as felt suspicious. What international company with allegedly “over 20 years in business” doesn’t take credit or debit cards?? Disappointed.

Incidentally, I tried to place an order with another company last week, with almost identical problems. But they phoned me (from “Leeds”) initially to confirm my postal address (which they knew correctly) then later phoned me again to say Visa was not being accepted currently & did I have MasterCard or Amex which they could take over the phone instead. Em, no, I don’t think so!! Order cancelled. Very disappointed.

Have tried ordering twice from this company but for some reason my payment by Visa which is the only card they appear to accept does not go through. You see your invoice briefly thanking you for your purchase but when you forward or try printing it out it disappears and all you see is an empty shopping basket and £12 postage.

Have bought from them before with no issues, also didn't have to pay any import tax with delivery to the UK.

I ust tried to purchase products from this website. I used prepaid Visa debit card for security reasons.
I was asked for DOB, nit sure why they need this info.

For some reason they did not take money from my account.

Did anybody use this website successfully and got products delivered?
