I bought the Marie™ | Purple Keyhole Maxi Dress, advertised as a sale promotion which I was gullible enough to respond to. It finally arrived today. Looks nothing like the picture on the website. It is basically fancy dress material, synthetic and flimsy, heavily crumpled, much too long, much wider/larger than expected (size M). I didn't have high expectations, but this is so much worse in reality. Going straight to the charity shop. Moral of the story: don't buy from Instagram promotions.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. There is bad quality and misrepresentation but this is beyond. The dress ‘Aria’ looks so gorgeous. I ordered it for Anniston. In June. It took 20 days to arrive and then I cannot explain how bad it is. It’s like the inside of a cornflake box - crispy and feels lukewarm it would combust in the sunshine. The buttons are so basic and it is SO SMALL!! I ordered a large because o know they always come up small. I’m a 12 and it wouldn’t even go past my boobs (not big) soooo disappointing DO NOT BUY! Its going back

The dress I ordered was nothing like the one I received, which had the look and feel of surgical scrubs ! After complaining to Paypal, I finally got a return address( postage not paid) We will see if I actually get a refund.

I received the items I ordered but not as expected from the pictures online.
I have emailed on various occasions for return details but as yet have heard nothing from them.
I am really up set as I cannot afford to have the money outstanding.
I really don’t know what to do.

Jackets from them recently. They have arrived and they don't fit . I tried cancelling the small one to no avail. They didn't even acknowledge my emails. NO PAPERWORK INCLUDED AND NO DETAIL FOR ME TO RETURN THESE ITEMS. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME . THE ITEMS COST 39.99 AND 27.99.

SCAM! No order received!

Do not order from this website they are scammers! I placed an order for shoes on the 29th of September and still not received anything, emailed the company multiple times with no reply. The “tracking mania” website which “tracks your parcel” is also a scam. Thankfully I disputed this transaction with Monzo straight away who refunded me the money and raised a dispute with the merchant which they have then after all the time replied to Monzo stating they have been delivered with all their evidence being is my address even though on tracking mania it still says in transit 🤣 Honestly avoid this website and company at all costs.

Ordered shoes in August and still not arrived by December and no reply from the company about it despite trying multiple times to contact them

It’s a scam been waiting 2 months for my order. I paid with payment al so luckily getting my money back. I tried to contact several times but no response. The tracking company they use ‘ tracking mania’ is also a scam so don’t trust this website

This is a scam - I ordered 3 months ago and no item received.

Logged a complaint with my bank after failing to get a response from them, once a dispute had been raised they asked my to close down the complaint with my bank before the would issue a refund.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my partner as a give well over a month a go, lo and behold they never arrived. I have tried to get in contact multiple times via email and social media but no response. The closest I had to a response was being blocked on instagram. I am now £70 down and really not happy, think twice before purchasing anything from this scamming company

Ich habe hier Schuhe bestellt. Täglich habe ich eine Mail bekommen das das Paket unterwegs ist. Der Status hat sich nie verändert. Immer zu 67 Prozent bei mir angekommen. Ich habe zum Glück mit PayPal bezahlt so habe ich mein Geld zurück bekommen. Ich hatte mit dem Kundenservice geschrieben diese haben mir erst nachdem ich das Geld von PayPal bekommen habe Angeboten mir das Geld zurück zu geben +15 Dollar. Aber nur wenn ich bei PayPal den Fall storniere. Hätte ich das gemacht wäre mein Käuferschutz weg und der Verkäufer hatte mir das Geld vermutlich nie zurück gegeben.

Scammed for trainers that did not arrive. Company and tracking company will not respond to emails.

I had an add come up on instagram, and bought a pair of trainers from them. At first I had regular updates via tracking mania website. And then it stopped at 67% (in transit). I’ve contacted multiple times, it’s been well over a month now and no product. Deffo a scam.

Paid for a product based off an Instagram add. Never received. Going to go down the route of getting my bank involved as it’s been over 4 weeks.. wish I’d have checked here first. Not even worth one star. Shocking

Absolute scam website. Take your money then send you fake tracking info from “Tracking Mania”. had to get my bank involved to get the funds back. The company then emailed me asking me to stop my bank from getting involved! Avoid avoid avoid at all costs
