It's obvious #5poundstuff do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes by sending mixed match sizes.

After my review here I was contacted by 5poundstuff to resend my order details and again after sending they choose to ignore my email again and they are here playing politics.

I GAVE UP!!!!!!

Cancelled order. I have given two star because I have been given an automatic refund. However I don't expect an item advertised, that I can purchase to be put of stock, particularly after receiving a ready for dispatch email. I needed this item for a specific date and have had to run around last minute to find an alternative. I received a refund before a notification email and there wasn't as much as an apology within the email. Last time I will be ordering for here

Didn't receive parcel and getting called lier by customer service not my fault issue with Yodel not doing delivery

Won't be using again I ordered M and they sent me L so I can't use them as to big and to return I have to pay postage on their mishap like how is that right when I paid for all of it for them to send wrong size then I have to pay again

Had a little bit of a bad experience they are usually quite good but order a few items but 2 products never arrived were told they were delivered by not recieving nothing contact company were told them item out of stock not informed at time of order so refunded both items that were missing.

Delivery is always quick never had an issue

I have purchased three separate orders from this on line store , the first two were fine , the third order was was missing item's , I contacted them via their on line chat , had a reply the next day to say the missing item's where being sent out , received a parcel two day's later , but I was still missing part of my order , I contacted them again , to say I was still missing item's , received a quick response , and I received my missing item's two day's later , so customer service is excellent sorting out any problems you may have very quickly , I highly recommend this site , good quality products at fair prices .

I ordered three throws on Thursday evening and recieved them on Saturday. They are as good as the ones I bought for three times the price. They've washed well too. Very pleased

Short delivery on my order got in touch with Oliver from customer services and he dispatched the missing item straight away what a good company no problems. Definitely recommend them. And yes there products are good

Products were so cheap that I thought they would end up a waste of money, but because they were so reasonably priced that I took a chance, and I'm SO glad I did the garments were all the correct size, and I'm a xxl so it's important that the sizes are on point, and they were but also they were the same quality of other comparable goods that I have paid almost twice as much for. Very happy and I would recommend this company to anyone...

Delivered quickly , one item was missing, not sure if the bag was damaged in transit. Contacted customer service who were very helpful especially Oliver, the item was added to my next order at my request and arrived safely the next day. Would thoroughly recommend, the communication was excellent.
