This was my 6th one of these watches
This was my 6th one of these watches. I wear it all the time even for work and scuba diving because it is so cheap it does not matter if it gets damaged. Also when the battery runs out it's cheaper to swap the watch than replace the battery

The item was sent to an old address…
The item was sent to an old address notwithstanding notice being given to you to remove the address from my account. I moved nearly 5 years ago.
It was only by chance that it eventually found its way to me. I had several apologies to make.

We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. We’ve reviewed this order and can confirm that we received only one message from you, and it did not mention any address issues. The order was dispatched to the default address saved on your account at the time of checkout. If this is an old one it should have been changed manually before placing the order.
If an address is no longer valid, it does need to be removed or changed manually before completing an order. We can see that there are multiple (10+) saved addresses on your account.If you’d like help tidying up or updating your address book to avoid this in future, please contact our customer services team and we’ll be happy to assist.
