This is my "go to" florist for any occasion where I want to send a floral gift. I've ordered from them many times for holiday gifts, funeral and memorial services, birthdays and any occasion where I want a special arrangement. I count on them to deliver what I selected and on time. I have never been disappointed.

The website was clear and easy. The flower and plant options were varied and all beautiful. when the order was placed, there was immediate confirmation and there was confirmation again when the delivery was complete. The recipients were thrilled and I was satisfied that my choice had been a good one. I would highly recommend this group for good quality products, fair prices, and great service.

Ordered flowers this morning and they were delivered exactly as advertised just 4 hours later!

Phillips Flowers do an excellent job. Their arrangements are beautiful, and their service is top-notch. They did our daughter's wedding about a year ago and the flowers and service was great. We have also used them for special occasions and have always been happy with the experience.

My relative who received the flowers was very impressed and said they lasted a week.

I live in Florida and ordered flowers for my 83 year old Aunt in Illinois. She lives in a senior living building. The flowers were just as good if not better than the picture. My aunt kept going on about how nice the delivery man was. He noticed the walker she was using and insisted on getting the flowers out of the box and getting them set up for her. Thank you for a great experience.

Extremely caring and efficient. Recipient was out, and florist was afraid flowers would die if they were just left in the heat. They left a phone message with recipient, and called me, to confirm they would try delivery again the next day. They did as promised. The recipient was very pleased with the attentiveness, and with the flowers. So was I.

I recently received a delivery from a local florist delivered an 800florals order and they just placed the flowers in a corner of my front porch, rang my doorbell, and left. It took me only a minute to get to my front door and by that time, whoever delivered the flowers was gone - no car in my driveway or in the street. I was going to complain to whoever the local florist was, but there was not florist name with the flowers or on the 'Happy Birthday' card stuck in the flowers. This is the first time this has happened - with past flower deliveries the person always waited for me to answer the door and accept the delivery. What if I hadn't been home and the flowers were sitting on my porch in 95 degree Virginia summer temperatures? This is unacceptable and I'll be taking my florist business elsewhere in the future!

Looked nothing like the picture, I wanted all white flowers and the bulk of what was delivered were red roses, very little white. I guess I should expressed what I wanted in the notes

I was NOT happy with the plant the local florist had chosen BUT when I expressed my concerns, I was given the choice of a replacement plant OR a partial refund.
I was impressed with both the quick response time and the solutions offered.

I had never used Phillips 800flowers.com before but was pleasantly surprised by their selection. The plant was delivered In good time and was more than I expected. Excellent service and product. Will definitely use them again. My only complaint is they didn’t send a confirmation email. However, they sent one per my request.

They called and emailed to keep me updated on the delivery. The flowers were perfect. Great customer service.
