Have always had a good experience with 80s Tees, but a recent item arrived with a flaw in it. They were extremely quick to respond and helpful in remedying the issue. Excellent customer service

One of the T Shirts I ordered arrived yesterday and it was blurry. You could see that the shirt must have moved a little bit during printing. I emailed the support email with pictures to let them know and to see what my options were. I had a response within 5 minutes and they offered to send a replacement free of charge. They didn’t even want the misprinted one sent back. This company is amazing. The other shirt I ordered looks perfect. I highly recommend 80’s Tees and I will continue to do business with them in the future. This is the kind of customer service that makes for a lasting business relationship.

I am thoroughly amused by the playful style of this company and how they anticipate every question and concern—providing reassuring confirmation emails every step of the “journey” from sale to arrival. Love it.

I purchased a scooby doo shirt and they printed it with shaggy having blonde hair like Fred instead of his normal brown. When asked about it, they would do nothing because that’s how it was represented on their website. So granted I missed that when looking but when trying to decide which one I liked, every other of their scooby doo shirt has the correct hair color. Not impressed with customer service considering they market original trademark characters and it is truly their mistake with the template making Shaggy a blonde. But again, just on one of their shirts. Just happened to be the one I liked vs others. I would think they would want to rectify it for future order but they don’t care. DON’T GET THE SCOOBY SHACK RUN SHIRT!!! And with that Customer Service I will never order from them again and just want to put this review out there so everybody knows what they will be dealing with. I figured spending $100 on three shirts. They would want to make it right, but oh no.

I was referred to this website by my father and quickly came to find out how user friendly it is. I was able to browse through the options available with ease and check out also showed to be user friendly as well. Upon having placed my order however, I came to realize I had chosen the incorrect size of clothing. I was able to quickly locate how to contact someone regarding this and within MINUTES I had a response with Dani, who was able to quickly adjust my order. The customer service was amazing and I would absolutely recommend anyone look into this website. All the designs were so unique and I know my father will be very impressed once he receives these. Thank you 80’s Tees!

I have recently ordered two items, the same exact shirt and size, and had only recieved one item. I knew this was an honestly mistake since even on the packing slip, it's easy to miss that I bought two. I emailed them at 7:55 PM and was emailed back at 9:50 PM the same day! That's amazing timing, as I thought it would take multiple days! I then was emailed the next morning that the second shirt had been sent my way and they gave me a tracking number. The t-shirt was also amazing quality and I love the designs they offer! I would purchase from them one million percent!! Special thanks to Dani and Milica on their customer support team!

80s tees has the fastest, friendliest and most efficient customer service I've ever experienced. I've bought quite a few custom tees from them; quality superb, service fast. I can't recommend them more highly than 10 out of 10.

Really dissatisfied I bought a very overpriced Smurf t- shirt. The t shirts looked like it was from the dollar store. I spent 40 bucks on the t shirt. I’m so disappointed. Do not waste your money.

I ordered a couple of tees for my husband's birthday. I have to admit I was hesitant at first, postage to Australia is not cheap, and if anything went wrong, returns would not have been either! But I had no reason to worry! The tees arrived in a decent time, faster than I expected, and were absolutely perfect! The look on his face when he saw them more than made up for any fleeting worries I had!
Absolutely would buy from them again!
