I had a truly disappointing experience…

I had a truly disappointing experience with this company and cannot recommend them. I was referred by Rapid Response Plumbing, but that trust was quickly broken. The initial representative who assessed the damage was not the same team that showed up to perform the mitigation work. Instead, two individuals arrived who could not communicate clearly or effectively, which made the process confusing and uncomfortable.

During the mitigation, they damaged our flooring—something we had absolutely no issues with before their visit. Despite this, they have refused to take responsibility. When I contacted the office, I was referred to Jason, one of the owners. Instead of resolving the issue, I was given excuses blaming the original stain and finish, claiming it wasn’t their fault. Regardless of those claims, the damage undeniably occurred while they were working in our home.

They didn't bother speaking to us after they left and went directly to the insurance company and submitted an inflated bill just to line their pockets. They are simply crooks!

Their handling of this situation has been unprofessional, evasive, and completely unethical. I strongly urge others to think twice before doing business with this company.

They sold us a franchises

They sold us a franchises, charged 14% of our annual sales without providing services. Do not be misled by big promises. Once you sign the agreement, you’ll quickly realize that most of what was promised falls apart. If they refuse to show you the full performance metrics of their network, consider that a red flag. And keep in mind: the day you decide to leave, you leave with no website, no brand, and nothing tangible to take with you. Everything you’ve paid ultimately benefits them

Alpena MI got hammered with bad weather…

Alpena MI got hammered with bad weather and when the power went out my sump pump did to so water in my basement was inevitable. 911 restoration came quickly did mold mediation and were very attentive to making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. They were informative and professional. Mario guided me through the process and the Associate that showed up did the same. I would highly recommend their services. No games, they get down to work fast and with urgency.

Terrible Company & Liars

My 90 yr old father hired them for his condo, water & mold damage. Initial quote was $20K. They demo'd his place, THEN ordered materials. 2 weeks later the flooring finally shows & it's the wrong color. They install the mismatched flooring anyway. Did demo to the ceiling by walking in top of his appliances, damaging his washer top and stove. They did incredibly shoddy work: Sheetrock thickness uneven, terrible painting, broke 3 lights, damaged kitchen cabinets, left some of the damage, never fixed stove or washer, left demo mess in multiple areas, didn't put new flooring under dishwasher so it sits uneven & lost screws to secure it in place, put in a new toilet, but didn't screw it down, lost tv cables, left off electrical outlet covers, etc,etc,etc. I sent them pictures, text messages, & emails trying to work w/them to resolve the issues. Not once was rude, but they ended up never showing up to fix their mess. They pressured my 90 yr old father to pay $30K ($10k over quote) w/out waiting for a final walkthrough. Disgusting people & company!!!!!!!!! Walk away!!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! In August 2022, Rob Yeager of 911 Restorations gave me an estimate for work to remediate mold in the upstairs bathroom of my house. The work was completed by them and paid for by me ($1,607.49) in September 2022. I was told the mold should not come back, but to let them know if it did. In March 2023, the mold began to reappear in the same areas (I have photos) and I contacted 911. From March through early June, I tried several times to contact Rob and get someone to come, but each time I called or texted, I’d get a promise to stop by, but no one ever did. In fact, several times I was told a day and time, but no one would show up and no call to let me know. I got tired of this and tried the number of the 911 “national headquarters” but with the same results, again after multiple calls - someone would “follow up” or would have Rob call me, but no one ever did get back to me.
I called Service Master and they came out to give me an estimate and completed the work in July. During that time, I finally got hold of Rob’s associate and told him I was getting someone else to do the work and that I found out they had used the wrong size fan and had not connected the vent in the attic to the outside and had left wiring exposed in the attic. I told him I expected them to refund me for paying for a job not done, and he blew up at me over the phone, yelling at me that I was accusing Rob of being a liar. Then Rob called and I told him I was getting someone else to do the work and that I expected him to refund me the money for a job they did not do. He said he would send me a check, but then he also began yelling at me that I was accusing his friend of being a liar! They both frightened me and I told them not to call me again. However, in early August when there was still no check in the mail, I called again and was told it would be sent at the end of the month when they filed their insurance claim and cut their checks, but of course no payment ever came. After months of this, I filed in small claims court (he never showed up) and despite the Sheriff's office contacting them for payment, still nothing! A terrible company!
