So good! Love 97th Vintage ;)

I’ve used 97th Vintage a couple of times now. They are reliable and have a plenty of options to choose from. I’ve been happy with each piece I’ve bought from them and would be more than happy to shop there again.

it took a while until my order came (Austria) and I had to pay extra customs, but it was worth it :)

Really reliable and trustworthy service, whenever you order an item they will send you email updates to reassure you that your order is safe and when it’s in transit/delivered

I purchased a reebok vintage hoodie from 97th! It was great quality, exactly as pictured, and was shipped promptly. 97th is a great option for unique and high quality vintage!

The YSL range that they stock is fake!
I bought one and sent it back cos it looked and smelled brand new. Poor stitching of the inner lable meant that white stitches where visible on the outside back. Faint white mark surrounding the entire logo (probably from the manufacturing stage). The material was also thinner and not good quality. They also continued to sell the same sweater online as if they had more than one.. rare YSL sweaters like this are hard to find..it's unlikely that they sourced two of the same size and colour.
They denied that it was fake and gave me a full refund for it but I still had to spend £8.00 to send it back via tracked post and waste my time too.

No refunds!

Conclusion: My order never arrived and I have not (yet) received my money back.

I contacted 97th Vintage 1 month after my order and was told that the parcel had been returned. I was told to pay 30 pounds for a reshipment. However, I did not receive any notification that the parcel had arrived or anything.

I contacted the post office using the tracking number. Apparently the error was at the post office. However, I could not get a refund for the return shipment, only 97th Vintage as the customer. I therefore described exactly how they would get the refund. No sign of life since then. I have claimed the transaction back from Paypal. Without success so far.

Never again!

Habe vor etwa einem Monat über 97th Vintage eine (Vintage) Burberry Jacke gekauft. Nach ein paar Tagen kam diese auch an, nur in einem Zustand, da würde ich mich als Verkäufer/Unternehmer schämen, so etwas anzubieten…Ich meine es sollte klar sein, dass eine schon etwas ältere Jacke selten wie neu aussieht, aber diese war wirklich nicht hinnehmbar. Beide Ärmel vorne waren total ausgefranst, der Zipper sah aus wie angebrannt & anschließend oxidiert!
Ich habe o.g. Ware dann retourniert, jetzt das Beste: ich bekam eine Mail in der meine Retoure vom Verkäufer als abgeschlossen gilt, mit einer Errechnung des Rückerstattungsbetrags was mich echt nochmals fassungslos gemacht hat: Nachdem ich bei der Deutschen Post bereits 30€ für eine Retourensendung ins Ausland gezahlt habe, wurde mir von 97th Vintage NOCHMALS 15€ Versand von meiner Rückerstattung abgezogen!!???
Also wer bei 97th Vintage kauft, sollte damit rechnen, komplett verarscht zu werden. Ich werde allerdings dort niemals wieder etwas bestellen & ggf. zu der obrigen Erfahrung einen Anwalt einschalten..
