£10 down and nothing to show for it
Bought some football boots and went a half size bigger just to make sure.
Boots came and I couldn’t get them on my feet. Sent back to exchange for bigger size and no stock left although the web site was showing stock. £10+ in delivery return costs and no boots even though I bought my size+. For me this is a bad experience and my feedback reflects this.

I am sorry to hear that the size was not suitable, our stock levels do change constantly and the size for replacement may have been out of stock when it was processed for return. if the stock is not available for exchange we will process a refund on the item so the customer is not waiting any further,. Sorry to hear that the experience you had as we do strive to do our best for our customers. It may just have been unfortunate timing that the item was out of stock on return.
Disappointed little boy
My little boy saved up to buy a rugby ball which was sent in a less than average standard (grubby and dirty) offered £5 coupon …it would cost more than that to return it… not resolved mutually told that was it and ‘hope we resolved’ one disappointed little boy. Unsubscribed from you altogether

We did offer a £5 goodwill gesture to keep the item or we offered a FREE return to exchange the item for a new ball, but was declined. So we was unable to resolve from the two options that we offered to resolve.

No complimentary returns service.
I wouldn't use this site again. The trainers I received (advertised as running shoes) had ridiculously short laces which meant they could not be securely tied up before running. There is no complimentary returns service with this site, so I had to pay for recorded delivery - I've therefore made a loss. Better to stick to larger businesses or (as I ended up doing) going to an independent shop and buying from there instead.

I am sorry to hear this, the laces are standard lace length as provided with the shoes from the brand. The item ordered was Puma Electrify Nitro Women's Running Trainer which is part of Puma's Running range. The item was Discounted by £40 and an extra 10% Offer was used on the shoes, we provide good priced products and extra discounts and offers and unfortunately cannot also provide FREE returns on the products also as we feel that the prices we offer are very competitive against the Larger businesses as stated that don't always offer as competitive prices, customer service (and don't always offer free returns). We hoped that all the above would suffice to offer a good service to our customers.

Ordered my items without any issue and arrived two days later with regular updates. One of the items was incorrect on delivery. I spoke with them and they couldn’t apologise enough for the error. They rectified it and sent out the correct item immediately on express delivery which arrived the following day. I was sent a link to return the other item. Fantastic service and highly recommend.

Your Item was received by Walthamstow DO on 18-06-2023 and is now due for delivery today.
