We have used ABBEY locksmiths on a number of occasions. They are fantastic from start to finish. 100% Reliable and professional and very competitive on price. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We had a broken front door lock and Jamie Angus came and carried out a very professional repair. An excellent service and we would thoroughly recommend Abbey Locksmiths.

I was looking after my sisters house on her honeymoon and was having issues opening the lock to the house. I called a lock smith who initially was unable to help me. But then called abbey locks and Jamie talked me through step by step to troubleshoot the problem. He identified the mechanism and talked me through how to open the door as there were two sections to opening the door. He explained a solution to open the door without having to come out. Jamie also said there wouldn’t be a fee and was really friendly, clam and a clear communicator. I would fully recommend Abbey Locks & Jamie, thank you very much for you’re help!!

Perfect! Our lock got stuck and we couldn't open our flat door. Tried few companies, included the one who originally intalled the lock. No luck (either no answer or appointments next or even further day). Rang Abbey Locksmiths. Lovely lady called Debbie picked up the phone. Got the detailes. Told me the price and promised to ring me back once she talks to the locksmith guy. Rang bank in few minutes. Appointment arranged for the afternoon. The guy came almost on the dot at time agreed (and he was very nice). Seen the lock, realised it needs to be changed. Somehow managed to find where he gets the new lock from (its special security one, so not usually around). Jumped in his car, brang the new lock. Replaced it, cleaned after it... and here we are. All sorted. So easy. Great Abbey Locksmiths. Wish everyone is as professional as you are. Thank you.
