Very helpful genuine knowledgable guy
Very helpful genuine knowledgable guy. Did an excellent job where other companies had quoted to just put a new lock in. So he has the skills of his trade! Was on time. I would allways recommend and use this guy again.

Timely and efficient service
Mark, arrived on time , diagnosed the problem and returned when he said he would with a replacement part which he then fitted , taking time and pride in ensuring perfect operation of the new lock system in the door, great service.

Mark went out of his way to find a supplier to do a part of the job that was outside of his area. He then finished the whole job and advised us all the way giving us options at all prices. He got the job done quickly and it looks great.
