This casino isn't a casino, it's a joke. Lame games. They bombard you with bonuses. I made a big win from one bonus. When I tried to withdraw it, they told me I wasn't allowed to use the bonuses. But if I wanted to withdraw my money, I just had to make a deposit. When I asked to close my account, they bombarded me with bonus offers again. Honestly, I've never seen such an obvious scam casino. Avoid this site and delete it immediately. There are criminals behind this who don't pay out money, they just cheat.

WARNING DO NOT SPEND MONEY SCAM. Rarely pay out if you win. They will find any excuse to not to pay out winnings. Even making up rules that contradict their own terms and conditions. You've been warned. Not worth wasting your money here.

Deposited 2 days ago and it still hasn't been credited so they won't let me withdraw.

I know I got the bonus on Mighty drums and bet was $2 something. The game glitched n froze and wouldn’t let me log back into the game. So I spoke to the manger and he acknowledge in chat that if the bonus doesn’t load up come back and they will work it out. So that happened to be told that they didn’t say that in the previous chat and couldn’t supply me with the chat logs to prove it.

I paid for 2 promos that I was offered in June 2024. Both offers included receiving a free chip with a guaranteed minimum value of $30 in July. When I did not receive anything in July, I approached them, and I was told that I would not be receiving anything. They claimed I had broken their rules, and although I proved that I had not broken ANY of their rules, or breached their T&Cs, as of July 14, my account has been revoked.

The customer service was vague and they had no interest in taking the situation into consideration. The rules that apply are ridiculous. They send emails with fee bonus codes but won't let you redeem them if there hasn't been a recent deposit even though the email states no deposit bonus!
