Great product, great price, quick delivery A+

I purchased a hi-end Fjallraven tent from Above and Beyond with delivery to Russia in two "small packets". Unfortunately the tent poles were slightly damaged in transit - they were fully usable, but had minor chips, paint damage and scratches at their ends.

I decided to ask the shop for pole replacement (as theoretically such damage could lead to pole breakage in future). After a bit long e-mail exchange (it looks like they have periodical technical problems with e-mail receiving and sending, I think it's not their fault) the shop has shipped me a brand new replacement pole set from Fjallraven. This time it came in excellent condition.

While this conversation took a long time, the fact that I was allowed to use the tent all this time, and keep the old poles with me (essentially a 130 EUR value gift - the second pole set will allow pitching my tent in extreme weather on double poles), makes me absolutely satisfied with this shop.

Had the product I wanted, price seemed fine, arrived promptly.

Ordered a map from the US to be delivered in the UK. (Shipping to the US is ridiculously costly)
Package was at cousins house when I arrived 4 days later.
What's not to like?
Good price, correct map.
