The Stonehaven office dealt with all aspects of the rental from start to finish making the process as seamless as possible. I am also using their fully managed service to look after the property for the duration of the lease which has given me peace of mind.

I have purchased 2 properties in Stonehaven with Aberdein Considine in 2022. I greatly appreciate the tremendous help in each step of this process. They helped me identify each property and gave me good advice about which ones to avoid and which would be great places to live. They helped me make appointments to see properties and then to make good decisions. I'm not from Scotland, so I appreciated the assistance with the legal process. I will use them again in the future when it is time to move on.

I bought my home through Aberdein Considine in Stonehaven. I was moving from overseas and they were so helpful with all my questions and concerns.
I did a zoom tour with Sarah and she was so helpful and patient. She spent about an hour, opened every drawer and cupboard, measured up and rearranged furniture to make sure my piano would fit.
Fiona also went over and above helping me with my move and making sure the flat was move in ready for me.
