Aberdein Considine in Ellon made the process of selling our house a pleasant experience.
Communication was excellent. We were kept up to date at regular intervals. The staff were very pleasant and extremely approachable dealing with any issues we had in a timely manner.

We recently sold our property near Banchory using Aberdein Considine estate agency and legal services. The whole sale process was conducted efficently and satisfactorily, given the slow market conditions prevalent during 2025. Particular mention to the estate agency team in Banchory, and Sarah Macintyre (AC Aberdeen) who provided the legal conveyencing service. All requests and queries were answered quickly and efficently, and enabled a simultaneous sale of our Scottish house with completion of our new property in England to be achieved.

My wife and I needed to complete 'Power of Attorney' for each of us. Samantha fully explained, in clear jargon free language, the detail of the requirements and how the POA works. The fees for both POAs were also provided.

We never felt rushed and both my wife and I felt far more wiser after the initial face-to-face meeting.

In due course we received full drafts of the POA documents, with a final meeting at Aberdein Considine office to sign the final documents.
