Excellent people and friendly service - adds to the appeal!
The people at your Acton branch give me confidence from start to finish. From explaining how it all works and showing us around, to the daily visits bring items in & out + the easy check out process. Everything was professional, friendly and more like a good hotel lobby than the image I had of a storage facility.
They have found a team of great communicators with smiles & cheerful approach. Why did it matter? While moving home and needing a place to store 'just about everything' for a while, it genuinely took the stress out of the process and I'm really grateful that they never once looked frustrated or tired of dealing with queries. They always seemed clued up on local amenities that were relevant and helpful to know about, too.
