Don’t use Access Self Storage
Agree with Sue. Don’t use Access Self Storage. All our belongings and memories lost in the fire on the 18th of May 2023. Access Self Storage are ignorant and not responding to emails or returning phone calls. No help to customers is provided. People in pain, who have lost everything in this fire, don’t get any explanations to the cause of the fire. They are not keeping your belongings safe and secure. Access Self Store don’t act anywhere near their value statements in caring for Customers. Access Self Storage are arrogant and acting extremely irresponsible in a situation that’s caused so much pain to so many people. No explanations to the cause of the incident have been provided since the fire 18th of May 2023. No explanation to how the fire started, why they didn’t act to prevent the spreading of the fire. I can only assume they don’t have sufficient alarms installed or sprinkler systems to prevent an incident like this to happen.

I had all my most precious possessions…
I had all my most precious possessions in Access storage Byfleet. Still awaiting cause of fire, the company have chosen to demolish and not offer their 400+ customers compensation for emotional trauma and damage to irreplaceable items. In fact they charged everyone up to the minute everything got destroyed. Now are offering minimum insurance payments with deductions. Cause of fire still not verified. Do not use this company. They plan to demolish and open the facility as soon as possible....Im wondering if they will offer all 400 + customers a discount on storing things in the future!!!. Disgracefully treated and disparaged by this companies attitude. Please use another company and if you are a current customer....move your stuff and do not take out their insurance as they will pay minimum on that too!
