Rude, uncouth staff
The service at the Charlton branch is disgusting. Bea and Shanice are the rudest customer service agents and have no customer skills whatsoever. The prices are higher than the other branches however they do not offer the same facilities. When I said to Shanice today that I was unhappy that the. Charlton brach was not offering the services that the website claimed, she told me to give my 7 days notice and find another storage place. It’s cheap and nasty and gives the Access Storage Brand a dodgy and tacky name, in my opinion.

Access Charlton
Access Charlton . Staff have been great in helping setting up my units and office space. The girls especially (Shanice and Bea ) worked above and beyond to get me up and running. Julian the store manager was more than fair and listened to his customers needs. Liquid Silver Leadworks Ltd.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called into Access Self Storage in Charlton. Beata was helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions relating to storage rental in a very professional manner. She is a real credit to your company. Well done 👏

No 24hrs access
No 24hrs access, despite that being on the website at the time I was looking for storage provider options.
No clear indication of temperature environment. Even phoned staff and asked for the staff to check and send me a reference to the temperature details, several working days have passed and no information.
Asked three different staff about 24hr access and was given three different reasons that it is not available to me.
Overall basic and acceptable, but personally regret not being more fastidious in my storage provider search to tie them down to details, before handing over my money.
The staff themselves (one lady in particular), are personable, pleasant and friendly, so my issues seem to be caused at management/company level.

The team at the Charlton branch are just exceptional. I’ve used storage companies before but my experience here is just so much better than any other. Particular credit goes to Bea who is always so cheerful and so happy to help. The team deserves an award!
