Terrible Experience – Rodent infestation and Zero Support
We’ve had an awful experience with Access Storage in Hayes. Back in November, we discovered our storage unit was infested with mice. Our belongings were contaminated with urine and droppings, making many items unusable and unsafe to handle.
What’s worse is the complete lack of response from management. To this day, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Despite not being able to access or use our unit, they continue to charge us full monthly fees. We've received no compensation, no solution, not even the option to move to a clean unit.
Communication has been non-existent. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be treated like this, especially when trusting a company to keep your possessions safe.
Avoid this place at all costs. The lack of responsibility and customer care is shocking.

Overall, would recommend!
