Want to give the manger Liam Martin thank you and mention what excellent communication/Application skills he has as a manger at the Nottingham store he got back to me when he said as he has busy workload and schedule as he was at other sites when i went in to store but know as been a manager myself how busy you can be as workload can be heavy at time but was clear on his messaging and the most important thing in my book took time to call back when he did.
Hope his superiors recognised all the hard work he does in tough industry and the job can be lonely at times seems everyone against you but liam ticks all boxes in management in my book and Nottingham store in excellent conditions as well.

Signing up and moving in was super easy, and the staff were patient and good natured. I ended up with a larger unit than I needed because the smaller options were booked, but the price was still decent. Overall happy with choosing this option for my storage needs!

I am disgusted in the way in which I have been harassed by staff instantly only two days into taking on a unit on with access having received calls with threats of late payment charges etc and further emails and calls so highly do not recommend anyone take on any units with this company, far from professional and instantly hound customers to debt up with charges.

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy and appreciate you sharing your concerns. When your original storage provider let you down, our team worked quickly to offer you a same-day ground floor unit at a discounted rate, and allowed move-in despite a shortfall in payment—something we did in good faith.
You later requested a price match, which we agreed to, pending a copy of the competitor’s quote. As explained in store, we simply need that confirmation emailed in order to apply the new rate and adjust your account.
The store is following standard procedure regarding unpaid balances. Until the quote is received, we’re unable to override the system that manages account reminders. This has all been explained during your visit, and we're still happy to assist with finalising the price match as soon as we have the required information.

This company have been excellent
This company have been excellent. I chatted with them and they helped me choose the amount of storage my daughter would need. They recommended a company to pick her boxes up who were great, arrived on time and took her over to the storage unit. Once there, my daughter was impressed with the amount of storage she had and how clean everything was. The staff were lovely with her too. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. They made a stressful move really smooth for my daughter and for me trying to organise it all.

Over 6k worth of damage and not even an apology
Dreadful experience with this company. Over £6k worth of damage to goods that got completely soaked when the leak they had was never fixed properly prior to us renting the unit . Insurance policy they provide is very poor and not once did we get an apology from the company . They wouldn’t even move goods into a dry storage unit once the original damage was found and further damage was caused . Access didn’t even offer to return any the rental money . Avoid Nottingham storage at all costs they never once offered to help. They made us photograph every item that was taken out of the unit and a combined total of over 20 hours were spent having to photograph and itemise every item ruined .
