Extremely efficient and friendly. Adam and the team were so helpful even when the boxes didn’t fit the space they sorted us out with a solution pronto. Highly recommended!

Despite being reassured by staff that I…
Despite being reassured by staff that I can access the storage outside staffed hours, I arrived at the gate to find out that access is denied. No means to contact anyone. The app is completely useless too and keeps crashing as soon as you select contact us... Joy.

Digital discrimination
Since your recent change from a passcode to an "app" you have made access to contents more difficult. You are constantly changing the goalposts making unannounced changes.
I tried to get a code to enter the building. Your manager treated me like an idiot claiming he could not give me a code without me having an app. I explained to him that I do not have a mobile phone and I do not have an app.
I will not get another mobile phone since it is the easiest device to get hacked and have my contents stolen.
I have been discriminated against for not having an app and I am seriously considering changing to another nearby storage company.
I do not have 24 hours acess like other customers despite paying the same amount as others since your changing to an app.
My human rights have been blatantly violated for not having access to a mobile phone.

Excellent service throughout, Quick efficient and bargain discount for first 3 months, Highly recommend good team of staff very helpful, Very clean and secure site, I’ve used several sites and this is the best by far!

Southampton storage experience
Chosen the service on the basis of access hours as I needed to visit and load some storage on a Sunday specifically. Matt super friendly and accommodating, both in enquiry management and on the day. Appears clean, organised friendly. Removal men on Monday were able to access and load into storage without my presence. All ok to date. Good experience and great customer experience via Matt.
