I booked the storage as I was moving but had to cancel the plan as I got the news about my Uncle's death.
I called the customer service and also wrote them but No refund yet.
Very bad service.

Stay away from Acces Self Storage. My goods have been seized by this company [ID, Passport ect].
I will take them to Court.

I was overcharged and then ignored when trying to contact them
I had booked storage over summer to store my stuff from my university accommodation. When I returned on the agreed date come next September, despite being assured I would not have to pay any other fee upon collecting my belongings, I was shocked when a different staff member demanded I pay another months worth of storage even though I was collecting on the exact date I had paid for/ agreed to pick my belongings up from. When I tried to email access storage about this my email was ignored and they made no further attempt to resolve my issue. I feel very poorly treated as a customer, and despite it being the most convenient place for my to store my things over summer I will not be returning due to this incredibly poor customer service and contradictory advice/guidance given by staff members.

Refund
More than 14 days and refund has still not come. Call and they say there are loads of refunds so will take time. Excuse I think, their refund process is broken.
