Elecyronic ignition failed less than two years after fitting through fault soldered wire. The company offers i discounted kit to repair it my self,
I paid £70 and the wanted me to pay another £20 for the parts to repair it, to be honest they dont seem to care about the companies reputation..

This is a well established firm and I have used their products before. I bought a red coil for my 1978 Lancia in October but for some reason it failed last week. Very unusual because coils almost never go wrong. Anyway I am posting a review because Accuspark apologised for the problem and replaced the coil immediately. Not five stars because the coil went wrong, but these things happen and their customer service has been spot on. Coil will be back on the car tomorrow and I will doubtless buy from them again.

I understand that this company also trades as Watford Classic Cars. This being the case - buyer beware!!! Watford Calssic Cars supplies a limited range of MG and Mini parts including replacement seat covers. Ordered a set for a Classic Mini which arrived quickly and for the money were of reasonable quality - except for the fact that they didn't fit! - far too small. Requested a return and refund 3 times by e-mail but no response whatsoever from Watford Classic Cars. Seems as if they are happy to take you money but not too concerned with what they actually supply. Have raised a dispute through Paypal so we'll see if that gets any response.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable with prompt delivery. I have used them on three occasions over the past few years and never had any problems.

I fitted an AccuSpark electronic system to my 1981 Triumph TR7 about six years ago and it worked well.
Recently however the car developed a slight miss fire after running about 20 miles.(No issues when cold starting)
I contacted AccuSpark for advice and they were most helpful...I had already gone through the fuel system..no faults found. AccuSpark said if I paid for a replacement coil ( which I did), they would exchange the electronic distributor for free if the coil did not cure my fault.. Which I thought was very fair of them.
The good news is that the new coil did in fact cure the misfire. So very pleased.

Bought a full set of ht spark plug leads for my Kia Rio car engine. gave all information they requested inc registration and engine code, and they double checked ; But still sent me the wrong ones, can't close hood of car as connectors wrong shape. Company not interested & said it's my fault while the receipt shows correct for my car.

AN UPDATE: made new leads last night, plug units were too long, no way would they make contact with plugs. we had to shave off 3cm of the rubber shield. Also coil pack contacts were 10mm long instead of 40mm that fit that car. We had to use original connectors. No pins were included. the leads look smart but what a disaster. . And a company that to me appear they could not care less about my aggravation.
