UBIQUS : une société de grande qualité indéniable

UBIQUS est une société que nous sollicitons depuis un certain temps pour la réalisation et la rédaction de nos procès verbaux de réunion. La qualité du service est hautement reconnue par l'ensemble de nos responsables de service. Les procès verbaux nous sont toujours livrés dans le respect des délais impartis. A noter une excellente qualité de rédaction des procès verbaux bien que les thèmes abordés en séance ne soient pas toujours à la portée de tout un chacun.
Nous notons également par ailleurs l'excellente qualité des échanges que nous pouvons avoir lors de nos échanges.

Transcript from Courts difficulties

Firstly Ubiqus Group have tried to be so helpful especially Becky at the London Office. The problem is I am trying to find a particular part of a six week trial and roughly know the dates. I am just a mother and struggling financially and transcript is so expensive . It's took 3 goes so far and I am still not there. Financially and emotionally this is making me feel so ill. We are trying to lodge an appeal and when I send an email it takes weeks before it's resolved and it's holding us up. It seems everything feels buried and hard to get the bits you need . I will keep trying.

We are sorry that you are finding the process of obtaining a transcript to be difficult. Without knowing the specific details of your case, it is difficult to comment on whatever delay or issue you may be facing. As part of our work for the type of transcript that you are requesting, we have specific procedures that need to be followed. Likewise, the costs of the transcripts are very much tied in to agreed prices for all similar transcripts.

Abusive practices, unilateral pay cuts

This is a sort of holding company that goes around buying up often high-quality translation agencies, following which they unilaterally impose pay cuts and software that is unsuitable for freelance translators, as it ties them on hands and feet. This is a good example of what happens when accountants start running a profession they don't understand, only for the purpose of squeezing more money out of hard-working decent translators. The best translators stop providing service to Acolad once they have taken over another agency, so clients using this outfit should expect low quality.

Great Service

At short notice, Ubiqus delivered a very professional service and flexible and friendly delivery for our high profile international conference. Can not fault. Maybe they could have done a bit more of a hard-sell on me...and convinced me to have a wireless mic solution...which would have proved more flexible as composition of attendees changed at the last minute.

Sir i got a message on messenger from…

Sir i got a message on messenger from an id named "Alican Sniff" she directed me towards a project manager "Asim hyee" on telegram for project details he gave me details and i completed the project in time and contacted alican sniff she asked me to send her the completed project i first refused and asked for my payment she told me that she dont pay until received project then i sent her the completed project which was about "Halifax Central Library" then she contacted me and forward me towards a so called payment director "John morison" who asked me to deposit 9000 pkr as currency exchange fee for releasing my payment which i deposited afterwards they demanded $150 as reflecting fee so that my payment can be deposited. I am not understanding what does this procedure mean? I completed a project they should pay me if there is any fee they should deduct it from my payment, how can i trust them? I have lost my 9000 and got nothing. Sir please see this matter, i shall be very grateful to you. This 9000 may be doesn't matter for you people but it matters for me a lot.. Waiting for your kind concern.

I completed my project with alot of…

I completed my project with alot of efforts ,spend day & night .But now they ask me for linking fee ,its not good ,first ,they should mentioned on contract about linking fee ,second they have our payment they should have to deduct from it .How can i trust on them ,i needmy payment without linking fee

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ubiqus team for an event, in London. From the very start, the service provided by Jessica and Rob was simply outstanding. Their professionalism was evident in every interaction, from the initial quote request to the flawless execution of the service. The responsiveness they exhibited was top-notch - all inquiries were dealt with swiftly and efficiently, leaving no room for stress or uncertainty. The equipment they provided was excellent and worked perfectly throughout the event. Their dedication to service and client satisfaction is commendable. I would highly recommend Ubiqus for any technical equipment needs - working with them was an absolute pleasure and I eagerly anticipate our next collaboration.
