Very friendly, informative & not pushy. Talked through options & very honest at managing expectations. Happy to show us colours, makes & models.
Very good experience
Really good in terms of contact and knowing their stuff about the cars. They were also helpful when it came to arranging delivery and pick up of the part exchange.
Only downside was that at the dealership itself, it was a little slow to get through. I'm sure once they're not working out of porta cabins this will improve.

Great MOT and Annual Service
I have bought a Kia Niro at Acorn and just finished the annual service and MOT there. The service is great, a full 3 mins video showing the underneath of the car with the engineer’s comment is amazing. A courtesy car is requested at a reasonable price during the MOT and my car has been washed as well. Definitely I will recommend everyone going to Acorn for service.

Helpful and caring
Called in twice looking to change my mobility car, not due for 2 weeks, found their mobility advisor, polite, friendly, professional and very helpful. To the extent that paperwork completed and will be submitted when due, to save me having to call back. highly recommended, having been to other dealers who were not as attentive or helpful when they found out it was a mobility vehicle
No pressure sales reps
No pressure sales reps. Able to wander around looking at cars. When we chose one the rep Mike gave us all the information. The left us while we decided on the next step. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Bought the Kia Sportage.

Relates to acorn kia Macclesfield I am disgusted this company sold a vehicle to my best friend who is 80+ years old took a deposit and then sold the vehicle to someone else and saying "sorry" how can this happen he has a receipt for the sale showing a deposit yet they sold the vehicle to someone else is this not breach of contract? You should be ashamed Acorn

Choosing our new car
How friendly the staff were at kia and no pressure we went to choose our mobility car. It was mad simple and easy by Vicki who explained everything about the kia ev3 and the difference in the models with that so we had a really good understanding of which car to go for also she informed us of which Advanced paymebt was for each which made making the decision which version to have really easy and let us look around a car in our own time and she was so funny massive thanks to her we choose the car we did. She made the ordering process fun and informative we hadn't thought of Kia seriously before a family member had been to select there car and we had been with them and decided based on how they were treated we would have a look. Honestly if your in the St.Helens area and are looking for a new car Kia would be one I totally recommend doesn't matter if your buying outright or on the motorbility scheme everyone is treated with the same level of service and made to feel special about their purchase. Well done Kia and especially Vicky for the whole experience can't wait to pick up our car now.

When collected my car after a service …
When i collected my car after a service and mot .my car was dirty inside . Foot prints on the driver's and passager sides mats Also footprints on both sides of car sills. I so mad i went home and reported to the service manager you was good . I was interested in buying a new K4 i will never buy another Kia or use you garage again . No respect for customers cars.

Impossible to get hold of them
Awful communication, impossible to get through on the phone - literal hours on hold trying to get hold of them.
Now taking 2 weeks to repair (under warranty) and no courtesy car offered.
