Acorn Oak Opiniões

Lovely people

Fantastic service by this company. Commissioned them to build an angled potting bench to fit into a corner of our patio.
Beautifully built with superb finish for an excellent price for this standard of workmaship.

I purchased:
24 Pine Side Grain Flat Head Tapered Solid Wood Dowel Furniture Screw Plugs 16mm

For use in a Newell Post. They are very good quality and looked good after using a pine satin.

Would recommend.

I have purchased twice from Acorn Oak from their online Ebay shop.
In both instances the quality of their wood products was outstanding. The grain of the wood was beautiful and exactly as described online.
Delivery was exceptionally fast , (having received a message beforehand informing me of despatch).
I will continue to purchase from Acorn Oak as their products are of very good quality and their customer service second to none.

Ian and Jane made and fitted an oak tv stand and shelving unit with drawers and cupboards for us. Our brief for this was extremely complicated and demanding. We live in an old cottage with wonky walls that aren’t square, which didn’t help either - being such skilled cabinet makers none of this was an issue for them. We found Ian and Jane to be extremely nice people and the quality of their work second to none.

I genuinely think that for anyone located in the North West, needing some bespoke furniture, whether that might be a new kitchen or even a bathroom cabinet, Acorn Oak are by far your best option.

Their focus is quality craftsmanship rather than having expensive sales teams and showrooms like some of the bigger and more pretentious kitchen design firms. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

The wooden cake board arrived quickly with beautiful lettering. It is very good quality and certainly great value for money. Thank you for making such an original stand for my son’s wedding cake!

Having spent lots of time looking for a sturdy bird feeder because the usual metal poles do not last in our windy location we asked Acornoaks to build one for us.
We discussed the design and within a few days one had been made which exactly fitted our needs.
It is in place and seems perfect, very well made and extremely solid.
Very pleased with every aspect of our dealings with the company.
Thank you.

The Solid Wood Dowel Screw Plugs are great to use and give a professional finish to a DIY item. A great service supplied in double quick time with a generously upgraded delivery on such a small item.

Acorn Oak are great. The workmanship is top quality and their customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Good no fuss business!!

A quick expert job on a bespoke beam made to our exact measurements. Superb friendly service in the shop with good advice and a great looking item. Highly recommended.

My order was for an oak bench which arrived very well made and sturdy in all respects.
The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and far superior to anything I could find locally. Delivery to Bristol was as arranged without any problem. I would not hesitate to purchase further garden furiture from this supplier.

A firm that takes care in the quality of their product and care of the customer. I've had two from them so far and am looking for another bit of wall space so I can order another.

We have had a really first class experience at Acorn Oak where, even though we had difficulty making our final choice, nothing was too much trouble for Ian & Jane to ensure that we were realy pleased with our furniture. Ians obvious love of his job ensures a unique feature for anyones home and we are truly satisfied with his work.

We bought an oak bench and coffee table from Acorn Oak and really can't believe the quality, service and price offered by these chaps. The quality of the skill and workmanship of the products is absolutely superb. The communication was extremely courteous and efficient and could not be faulted at all. I must admit, we were underestimating how chuffed we were going to be until the furniture actually arrived, and now, every time we go outside, we have a little smile to ourselves.

The prices are very reasonable indeed and we just wish we had more space to buy more items - they really are so lovely and will obviously outlive us!

In this day and age, we are so used to disappointing products and services - so many times we have to take/send things back or go and buy replacements. This is definitely not the case with Acorn Oak - they deserve every success. They have the best business package available - excellent product, excellent price & excellent service and could teach many bigger companies a thing or two.

This company is simply the best company with the best products that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and we just can't recommend their furniture and service highly enough. Don't hesitate to buy from them or it's you that will miss out!!

Well done Acorn Oak - another very, very happy customer !

They already know how good I think they are. The product is top quality at very very competitive price. Shipping is no problem. You can request your piece be built to your specification whilst maintaining the original design. I am currently saving up to buy a couple of Bistro sets for when Claire moves out and takes rabbit city with her and I am left with my full patio! Great people to deal with. Honest, clearly very hardworking, my type of humour and nothing appears to be too much trouble. Mega companies spend millions on attempting to creat the type of service levels that these guys achieve every day as a matter of course.
Yes I'm a fan, but I have come to expect shoddy good at top prices sold by idiots who should not have jobs.
Brought a brand new car lately? Feel that you were treated as a complete numpty when spending £20k
I rest my case!

Good luck to Acorn Oak and all who sail in her.
Doug Coppin.
Just a customer

We ordered a shelving unit from Acornoak and love it. The shelves are beautiful and the quality of the wood and workmanship is clear to see, they make a great addition to our home! As well as the competitive price, the customer service that we received was second to none. My queries and e-mails were answered cheerily and efficiently and the shelves were delivered quickly and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Acornoak or buy from them again.

Acorn Oak have an amazing product, their customer service is second to none and I would recommend them to anyone. Their furniture is beautifully made, fantastic value and made to your own requirements - just brilliant. This shop is a brilliant find and i will be using them again for many years to come I hope!

wll i took a risk, buying the 3 seater bench, from a company i had never used,or heard of. i failed to read any reviews.i just brought it,with the hope ,that as the bench was ,a memorial,to our best mate ,a man who was a legend,in our community.i paid then,i got the email,to say it would be at our local football club,at 3.30pm. when i arrived ,the berived faimly arrived,as did his brother. to say i was a bit nervous, about the quality,of the bench, was a understatement. at 3.30,the delivery van arrived.he opened, the slideing back of the van. the driver a very nice guy, said.it will take at least 2 of us,to lift it down. he was i am glad to say, correct. it was a quality peice of outdoor furniture.i was proud of the bench..since it has been at the football.club.all my lost mates faimly, and friends, have just given me nothing but great comments, about the bench.the word quality,is the main theme, about the bench. it will no doubt, last many years,of that i am very sure.it stands at the football ground. it is my mate.i cannot have him.but many of us sit on it and have a quiet conversation with him.he loved football, and he loved quality,in the bench ,we have a little bit of him with us at all times. all i can say about acorn .is that when i contacted them they were, nice to the extream, they took a pride in thier buisness, and respected thier custumers.i can say that they are the best company i have ever had dealings with.i not only reccomend, you use them, but inform you that,if you dont use them ,you will never understand, what i have said is true. if anybody wants to contact me ,for any comments on the bench,or the experience,of acorn ,contact me ,i will even get other faimly members of our mate to give you thier honest opinions.sorry if i have gone on but i feel ,i must give credit where it is due

I bought 3 oak beams for my fireplaces unfortunately after a few days i noticed i had ordered a beam too small.
Even though the beam was already cut i was only charged the difference and not for a full new beam.
The sellers couldn't be more helpful and the product i received was fantastic and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
