I have high expectations and wanted a kitchen/bathrooms that stood out. Any tile/ finish was available and I liked the fact that the service was very much client led and I was encouraged to put my own stamp on things. Extremely pleased with the outcome. Special thanks to Jamee who is beyond fabulous at what she does (kitchen design) and of course Amir and Hina for their knowledge and support.

I had a wonderful experience with Acquastone! I highly recommend them to all my friends, and have been back several times! Great service & cooperation - plus their products are a cut above the rest & give you stunning results!

I don’t even know where to start, acquastone has been nothing but helpful from the beginning of our project to literally the end. Amir has taken us through each tiny detail and advised us and helped us make all decisions needed for the perfect bathrooms in our home. He worked with us for hours on designs and worked within our budget and even after completing he has been a phone call away always ready to help! Absolutely fantastic experience 😊

Acquastone in particular Mr Amir was recommended by a family member. Honestly l only went to see the tiles for my new bathroom and was looking for fixtures n furniture elsewhere
Mr Amir was so so helpful in helping me to choose the best for a better price, l ended up buying my tiles n furniture from him. was pleasantly surprised and understood what was being sold to me rather than buying it online. He was very honest with what he couldn’t offer, Throughout the project Mr Amir was there at the end of a phone call and assisted me with everything l needed. I can not be thankful for his patience and valuable time he spent, giving it utmost respect and commitment. Thankyou for my wonderful bathroom.

The service is outstanding. The products are stunning, we chose tiles from Spain & Italy, with fixtures from Italy too.

We would like to say thanks to Hakan (especially), as well as the team at Acquastone. We visited the showroom on multiple occasions. He is always incredibly professional & helpful. Collectively, they were patient, never pushy & respected my space / time away to make decisions.

Amir was simply amazing, he was so patient and guided us through the process of choosing our bathroom tiles, bathroom fittings and loft tiles.
Hina’s keen design eye, allowed us to visualise how the bathroom would look, she suggested going for a contrasting centre piece, and it looks amazing. Hina also suggested coving in the bathroom tiles, to allow for perfumes and aftershaves to be stored, another suggestion that looks amazing.
Hakkan was very patient doing all the cad drawings, and his expertise brought our design to life.
We will definitely use Acquastone again when we renovate the remainder of the house.

What an easy experience we had with Acquastone from start to finish. We fitted our bathroom with recommendations by Amir and Hina who were very helpful with making suggestions. It was super easy visualising how the bathroom would look with the aid of CAD designs. The tiles are great quality. The bathroom looks outstanding. The process was so easy, I only had to come in once to get everything done. Amir, Hina and Hakkan are very knowledgable, I’ll be using Acquastone again for the rest of the bathrooms.

What a great experience as soon as we stepped into Acquastone. Amir bent over backwards to help us from get go. His excellent customer service was second to none that we have experienced. Great technical knowledge as well as design experience also. From the CAD drawing to delivery of the wet room supplies. All were purchased from Acquastone. The wet room is being used by the family and they love it. Visitors have commented on the fantastic quality of the tiles, sink, toilet, lighted mirror and even up to the shower screen. Will recommend Acqastone highly to friends and family. Sorry cannot up load the CAD drawing (How it started) and the project completed (How it finished) but will try to on another sight.
Great showroom and even greater people!

I visited the Acquastone showroom purely on a whim browsing tiles with no intention to purchase. I met both Hakan and Amir whose skills, experience and product knowledge is phenomenal. The team ended up designing my family bathroom and a shower room. I also purchased a brilliant extractor hood that mainstream sellers do not have for a fraction of the price. I gave the acquastone team my budget and requirements and they were able to not just meet my expectations but surpass it. I’m genuinely impressed by the team, their knowledge and customer service. Thank you Amir and Hakan.

Can not recommend this company highly enough. Their choice of tiles is huge and the staff are so helpful. They listened to what we wanted, pulled out brochure after brochure, went to their storage site to give us samples, etc. The ordering was smoot, delivery early and tiles are fantastic.

The staff and the product are amazing, from start to finish every question was answered and Amir went above and beyond to work with our contractor and guide them through. We got our kitchen, tiles and bathroom from Acquastone and I can’t fault them one bit, the staff are all around amazing and the product is just as we had imagined for ourselves.

Terrible quality
We ordered kitchen from this company and after 4 months they gave us a kitchen chipped board. We paid £20,000 and the design was wrong , the units do not open and shut properly
Three months after having fitted two of the drawers do not work.

Can you send some one to sort it ?

Stay away from this company there are really useless . They manufacture a faulty kitchen not up the bespoke terms . I have gaps 26cm where they trying to convince that’s the gap should be in the kitchen which is not match the designer kitchen on top of that the quality is very poor and the push mechanism doesn’t work on some of the units . Before they make the visit they trying to play a blaming game without trying to fix the issue while we shower them the faulty issues and they had no willing to fix it . We are suppose to move in the house in 10 days time and we have no kitchen now . We are a family Of 2 kids no kitchen n we can’t order the appliances because if the faulty kitchen . Imagine our life with no kitchen now . They r a useless company with useless designer .STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Acquastone are so friendly - I am hoping my landlord selects this company for my kitchen refit.. and they've been so helpful and kind. What a lovely bunch of people.

For a new bathroom, Acquastone was recommended by a fitter. I dealt with Amir and Maheen. Whilst not required to plan the work, Amir's vision and ideas largely informed the design and the products integrated flawlessly. If you want to source all things bathroom including tiles, I cannot praise Acquastone highly enough. Amir and Maheen do the heavy-lifting so you don't have to go through the tedious, time-consuming and frankly often confusing, selection process. Amir and Maheen are extremely knowledgeable and have extensive contacts so have products tailored to all budgets. All you have to do is look and make an informed choice! It should go without saying, but I am very happy with my products both aesthetically and in terms of quality.

I contacted Hina at Acquastone following a recommendation from a business associate and wasn't disappointed ! Hina is extremely knowledgeable and was able to extract from me all she needed to then offer just what our client was looking for. Sample tiles made available at short notice and Diogo stayed beyond his shift to meet and help load my vehicle.

I would 100% advise you to stay away from this company.

Our house featured on George Clarke’s Old house new home and Acquastone promised the world to get the kitchen contract so they could get the publicity from featuring on the TV programme.

Reality - they planned the laundry room wrong on three occasions leaving us without a laundry room for four months having to use a neighbours washing machine & dryer for this period.

The quality of their work was poor and the supposed ‘bespoke’ doors looked like they were made by a child and virtually fell off a week after fitting.

We are now 17 months since the kitchen should have been finished and Acquastone have still not completed our snagging list and we are having now to take this through the courts to get this resolved.
